We are not only a few blocks away from major malls (Ayala & SM), we also have a cute mall right outside where a 7/11, pharmacy, restos, ATM and other immediate conveniences are. IT Park, Landers, the North bus station and port are also near.
The space
Our unit is larger than the usual studio in the city so you'll have more breathing space. We understand that you'd like the bedroom to have less clutter and more serenity so we've added a walk-in closet for you.

South Bus Terminal (for Oslob Whale Shark) - 18mins
North Bus terminal (for Malapascua & Bantayan) - 6 mins
Busay, Little Amsterdam, Temple of Leah, Tops - 10 mins

Guests have the entire place to themselves.
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
