Great family vacation.

This was the perfect location - close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. Condo was as pictured & host was great to communicate with. We felt very safe with the gated community!

Very nice apartment for family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation .Four generation family from 1yo to 80yo had very good time. Nice , very clean place with newly renovated showers. Comfortable beds ,kitchen well equipped. Good access to the beach, pool and walking distans to the restaurant and stores .

Nice stay

The Unit was nice; very clean, perfectly furnished, everything in working order, laid out well, toys for kids in the rec closet outside (we didn't have kids), TV's in every room and easy to access, multiple coffee pots (which turns out, was very important for us.) The owner was always available for questions and extremely helpful. There is a bar just across that street that plays extremely loud music most of the night, but that was really only an issue in the upstairs room next to the parking lot, but it wasn't overwhelming after a long day of playing at the beach. I would stay here again.

PCB family trip

We booked this property because it was four bedrooms and pet friendly. It delivered on those areas. The bedrooms were small but cute. The downstairs could use a little TLC like fresh paint. When we arrived, we found that the floors hadn’t been cleaned. Visible debris and sand was everywhere. The host reached out to check and did offer to have them come back to clean which was an appreciated gesture. However we didn’t want to interrupt our stay with coordinating around a cleaning crew so we just tried to keep them swept. Some things to note: parking fee per vehicle $35 and pet fee charged by the property ranges from $80-120.

Fine with a few mishaps..

The property was as described in the listing. When we arrived, maintenance was there attempting to fix the washer. It wasn’t able to be fixed for our stay and was out of order all week. The air conditioning went out the second night. We slept in 80+ degree temps. Maintenance again came back, fixing it in the afternoon of the next day. The owner refunded us $50 for inconvenience. Major dislike, 10pm is quiet time; lights completely out around the facility.

Really care about providing great hospitality, and service to every guest that stays at my condo. Attended and graduated from GMU and my hobbies is travelling, basketball, baseball, football, reading! My family and I like to travel to the beach and around the world.

I chose this property since it is in a popular vacation destination that we enjoy. We really felled in love with it since it is just steps to the beach, with its private beach access. Since we have a large family, the size is perfect for us, and I'm sure that it would be for many families as well. We really like that it is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and many of the popular locations in the area.

I really liked the beach views from the second balcony which is located in the master bedroom as you have a glimpse of the beach, hear the peaceful waves, as well as a view of the resort.
