Guests are be able to access all parts of the house. Designated parking is available to side of the house (second parking to the left).

Please review the information below before you book. We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.

- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV available. The parking spot will not fit a truck. Street parking is available in plenty.

- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house and rooftop. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
