*The space*

This new apartment has two levels and stairs.
On the first level, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking; there is also a living room with a sofa bed for one more guest to sleep comfortably, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private terrace with outdoor chairs.
On the second level is a second bedroom with a king-size bed a private full bathroom, and a balcony.

*Guest access*

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

Don't forget to visit "Maré by Bay Property & Rentals" located on the rooftop terrace of LIFE Bucerias. An elegant space ideal to work with high-speed internet, and to enjoy an ocean-view jacuzzi, delicious food, and refreshing premium drinks.

*Other things to note*

*There is one cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If you stay for less than seven nights and want a cleaning service it can be scheduled for an additional cost.

*This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space. You can rent one for 150 pesos per night (subject to availability).

*Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests at the Bay Property & Rentals office.
