Welcome to The Daphne, a stylish & spacious professionally designed getaway. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom open concept home provides guests with 7 beds, a home theater, gym, well equipped kitchen, home office, fenced in and landscaped yard, hot tub, firepit, grill, hammocks and outdoor chairs for a relaxing time with pets, friends, and family.
Our home is perfectly located near route 36 between Boulder & Denver.
15 minutes from hiking, 40 minutes from Eldora Ski resort.

Next to Hwy 36, I-25, C-470 and 287 allow sightseeing and getting around town a breeze. Just minutes away from local breweries like Wonderland Brewing Company, 31 Michelin Star restaurants, numerous hiking trails like Mount Sanitas or Chautauqua, Eldora Ski Resort, water sports at Union Reservoir, snow shoeing, mountain biking, climbing, yoga, disk golf courses, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Meow Wolf, Denver Botanical Gardens, Top Golf, jaw dropping national parks and within walking distance are 290 miles of open space trails!
Settled in Broomfield Heights, an iconic mid century modern neighborhood has recently been updated by a professional interior designer and landscape architect to provide warmth, a comfortable ambiance and a place to relax, refresh and recharge.

-The Basement includes 3rd bedroom (Queen), 4th bedroom (Twin) with downstairs bathroom, Pull out sleeper sofa bed (Queen), large Home Theatre, Gym (Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Total Gym, Weights) and a Home Office Space.
-The Outdoor spaces includes a covered patio with two oversized egg chairs, fully fenced in landscaped yard, 1 sleeping hammock, 1 sitting hammock, open patio with grill, firepit with chairs and hot tub for year round use.

Pet friendly with 2 dog maximum at a fee, pooper scooper provided. no cats. Upon approval Only.
