Duplex Rental
Duplex was nice. There were broken items in each home that I took pictures of so they don't charge me. Getting in contact with the host was horrible. Check in information wasn't provided until after I contacted her at 4:07 and left a voice message. I've rented with VRBO before and I've never had to wait until that far into the day to get key code information. The host provided me an email with the contact information 5 minutes later. But yet I couldn't check in until 4pm but yet lost almost 15 minutes of time due to her not providing this information. Then her email with check in information had the nerve to ask for 5 stars but yet you didn't provide 5 star treatment. Yes the property was nice; however, I would never want to deal with this host again. I'm not sure if she felt I would arrive sooner than I should but that definitely wasn't the case. I'm a planner and I like to be prepared. The neighborhood was definitely sketchy but the individuals next door was cool. WiFi information wasn't provided until after I emailed her again requesting this. I've just never had someone being so strict with information. I just wanted to get my family in and relax. The beds were comfortable and the primary bedroom was nice. The other rooms were minimally bare. Just bed and desk no accessories. But overall it was a good stay.
