With origins dating back to 1875, this Cape Cod estate is an established Sandwich mainstay offering convenient access to great beaches, the Cape Cod Canal, and tons of great restaurants. Comprised of a main house and separate cottage, this two-acre retreat comes thoughtfully appointed for family-friendly entertainment with highlights including a private pool, tennis court, and a converted barn featuring a fully furnished game room.

Spend summer days soaking in the sunshine around the pool deck and host backyard barbecues on the patio equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring two grills, a mini-fridge, and a prep counter. Evenings can be enjoyed around the gas firepit with seating for guests. A covered, farmhouse-style front porch makes an ideal spot for morning coffee. Get some exercise in with a few rounds of tennis on the private court.

When five o'clock rolls around, the converted barn-game room sets the stage for happy hour fun with a host of features and amenities including a full bar, pool table, game table, a sectional, and massive smart TV. Plus, central air-conditioning is equipped for all-season comfort.

Showcasing original features and vintage accents, both the main house and cottage come fully updated for luxe modern living.

The three-bedroom main home boasts a sprawling, split-level layout with features including formal living and dining rooms, a dedicated home office, and a front parlor with an exquisite grand piano. Designed with hosting in mind, the living room offers an array of comfortable seating, a high-end Samsung Frame smart TV, and a dry bar complete with a mini-fridge. The stainless steel kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances and an eat-in dining area. Full meals can be enjoyed at the dining room table set.

The three-bedroom cottage features a tidy, full kitchen (no dishwasher) and an. open living and dining area with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a table set. There's also an exercise bike available for guest use.

Additional home essentials include free WiFi, and dual washer/dryers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
