7th Heaven Condo in Downtown Bismarck

The 7th Heaven condo is sure to be your oasis away from home. We are located in the heart of Bismarck and walking distance to major medical centers, restaurants & bars. This 2nd floor unit features 2 bedrooms and an office/sleeping area with 2 small twins beds (not appropriate for adults).
All furnishings are the latest styles and the linens are luxurious. The home is decorated in high-end, modern decor with all new appliances and flooring.
This condo will WOW you & is more than you expect!

THE SPACE:
This large, updated condo offers high-end modern decor and boosts approximately 1100 square feet.
This unit can accommodate 6 guests, however only 4 adults as 2 beds are small twin beds and likely not comfy for adults.
All furniture is brand new. The new mattresses are memory foam and covered in luxurious and soft linens. The flooring is luxury vinyl plank in a beautiful grey tone. The kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous stainless steel appliances and all the items you will need to prepare a gourmet dinner during your stay.
The dining table seats 6 with a stylish bench. Beautiful natural light floods the condo from its many well-appointed windows.
The primary bedroom features a huge walk in closet and a comfy seating area with a TV with Roku stick on a wall mount that swings for the best views. The queen bed is dressed in luxurious linens and flanked with gorgeous lamps situated on gold and marble side tables.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed dressed in soft linens and 2 pretty side tables with a generous closet.
The office area includes a cute desk and chair and offers a twin day bed with twin trundle bed so the kiddos have a comfy space to relax. These beds are not appropriate for adults.
The bathroom offers a tub/shower and 1 sink on a large vanity. There is plenty of storage. We provide soft white towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make up remover wipes.
There is a large laundry room in the condo with washer and dryer and provided detergent/softener that guests may use.
There is a detached single stall garage available behind the building with key pad for guest use. There is 1 off-street parking spot in front of the garage and a spot inside the garage. Other parking is available on the street.
The living room offers a smart TV and there is free high-speed internet so you can log in to your favorite On Demand apps.
We are located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. Our unit is an end unit. We have 2 wall AC units and ceiling fans in all sleeping areas that provide excellent climate control.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest have access to the entire condo. This is NOT a shared space

PARKING:
There is 1 off street parking space in front of our garage and a 1 spot inside the single garage..
