Our security deposit is handled by our payment processor pre-authorizing $250 at the end of your stay. Property damages, furnishing damages, violating the Short Term Rental Agreement may be subject to a charge via the Security Deposit, otherwise the pre-authorization will be released within 7 business days.
🦮 **Pets: We love hosting them but we have very strict rules - We welcome Responsible Pet Owners:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-shedding/non-aggressive/ non-barking pets under 40 lbs are welcomed to join you for your stay for an additional $60 Pet Fee.
c) We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
d) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
e) Pets are NOT get on any of the furniture including the couches or beds. In for consideration for future guests and those with allergies, and pet hair is very difficult and time consuming to clean for our housekeepers.
f) Pets cannot be left openly unattended in the unit or outside by themselves. If you are leaving the property, they must be kept in a kennel or taken with you.
g) Pets are not to dig in the back or side yard whatsoever.
h) You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the back yard. Waste must then be disposed of in the trash bin in front of the home. Courtesy pet waste bags are supplied in the back yard. There is a $50 charge for pet waste left behind not picked up.
i) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the cost of the guest.
Also, breaking these rules may prevent us from being able to host pets in the future, please be considerate of future guests with pets and don't ruin it for them.

3 - Septic System - The home is on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper and waste. That includes not flushing feminine products, "flushable" wipes, q-tips, etc. It will clog the system and cause major repairs.
4 - No smoking allowed - You may smoke outside if necessary, however please keep the doors closed and pick up after yourself. There will be an additional $200 fee for any smoke odors inside the home (they are very hard to get rid of).
5 - No unregistered guests allowed - This is a potential safety issue for us, as well as fire code violation, and the septic system is only sized for the quantity of approved guests. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
6 - Amenities - There is a starter pack of amenities provided for you including 2 of everything. Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper), paper towels, dish sponges, dishwashing packets, laundry detergent, extra trash bags. If you need more amenities or your stay is longer than a couple days, there is a Dollar General, Walmart Supercenter, Winn-Dixie, and Publix within 5 minute driving distance.
7 - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms - Please be respectful of the new bedding and keep from any potential spills.
8 - Please respect check-in and check-out times - Our cleaners count on accurate check in/ check out times to have the time to properly clean and prepare for your stay. It takes us the full period of time to properly prepare the home for your stay.
9 - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
10 - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11 - Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave - helps with any potential unnecessary odors.
12 - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
13 - For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
14 - Cancellation & Bad Weather Policy. Any potential cancellations and/ or refunds will be carried out by the cancellation policy terms of the reservation in the booking process. We are located in a subtropical climate; It is common to have storms, rain, and sometimes hurricanes. No extra refunds outside of your cancellation policy will be given unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered.
