The Space
LIVING SPACES:
“The home was one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in.” – Laurie
Open the front door you walk into a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen with a
northern France beachside influenced style. A gas fired fireplace with remote is
surrounded by comfortable leather sofas seating for seven. In the center, is a richly
decorated converted French chateau door coffee table. This room is often the common
gathering place to relax, recall and laugh about the day's adventures and shenanigans.
Above is a stunningly beautiful, vaulted ceiling with fan and decorative stained glass
window. Every room in the house has Smart TVs with YouTube TV and access to
streaming services.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Master Suite (2ND Floor) is spacious with a King bed. It has French doors leading to a
private balcony with seating and umbrella overlooking the lagoon. A gas fireplace with
remote splits the room with a relaxing soaking tub on the other side. The ensuite
bathroom has a large dual vanity, step-in shower and large walk-in closet with hangers,
bath robes, and luggage stands.
The Second & Third Bedrooms (2nd Floor) each have Queen beds. They are
affectionately named the Shell and Luggage rooms, respectively. Each room has
private doors with access to the exterior of the property, Smart TVs and closets with
hangers, bath robes and luggage stand.
Fourth Bedroom (1st Floor) sits off the kitchen and playfully decorated with dual bunk
beds. It's perfect for kids with games, books and blocks galore. It also has an ensuite
bathroom and Smart TV.
OUTDOORS:
Honestly, you'll want to spend as much time outdoors as possible. From taking
morning and evening walks around the neighborhood, sipping your preferred beverage
in the front courtyard, grilling in the rear courtyard or playing paddleball, pickleball, & tennis. Don't
forget to enjoy a relaxing day on the sand and catch a famous Saint Malo Beach sunset.

Other Amenities
Beach gear, towels and sports equipment are available for guest use. Complimentary
high-speed (100 mbps) WiFi provides excellent coverage in the unit for streaming and
high-quality video meeting capability. Two car driveway parking and one indoor garage
parking space is available. Additional cars must park outside the gated community.

Saint Malo Beach is a private, guard gated community. There is easy access to the
private beach club within the community (with outdoor grill, seating, restroom facilities
adjacent to beach). Volleyball, pickleball and tennis courts are available on a first
come, first serve basis.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm
surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies with storms, tides, and may
have more or less sand than what is shown in photos. Home is located near the Coaster
train track. Guests may hear train noise during the day and night. There is also a
remodel taking place at the adjacent property. Construction activity may or may not
take place at that property during the guests stay. This property is professionally
managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties
are allowed. No Pets due to owner allergies and asthma. Two car driveway parking and
one car can park in the garage. Any additional cars have to park outside the community.
No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in
the St. Malo community. Security Deposit Hold of $1,000 required prior to guest arrival.

St. Malo Beach is located in a guard gated community. Guests will check-in with guard and access home via smart lock.
