We were greeted by standing water throughout the entryway (see Photos) — not just a minor drip, but puddles. We traced it back to the washing machine, which was leaking and unusable. We contacted the host, who told us not to use it, but offered no help. We had to mop it up ourselves — not something guests should be responsible for, especially with young children around.To make matters worse, the main window had a large crack (see Photos), covered with old tape instead of being properly repaired. In a high-rise unit, this posed a serious safety concern.The shower rod wasn’t installed — just a flimsy suction rod that had already fallen. We didn't damage it; it was never secured to begin with.Despite all this, we were respectful guests. Towels were left in the shower, linens on the bed, and trash — including needleless children’s medicine dispensers — disposed of properly. No trash was left out. No instructions were provided on disposal beyond that.After checkout, we received a hostile message filled with false accusations — claiming we ruined the unit and left syringes. It was retaliatory and clearly intended to deflect from the condition of the unit.We documented everything — in both photos and messages — because the issues were evident from the moment we arrived.We do not recommend this unit. It is not safe or well maintained, and the host’s behavior was unprofessional. If you stay, document everything — or better yet, book somewhere else.
