You can walk to Midtown, Punto Sao Paulo (financial zone) and Santa Teresita. By car or uber, it will take you 4-5 minutes to get to the Chapultepec area.

The rate shown per night is the base price, which includes 1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of $180 pesos per person per night.

Guest access
You can access the pool with a maximum of 6 people with an access card that we leave in the apartment and the gym with a maximum of 2 people at the same time. The jogging track is not restricted like the rest of the common areas.

The gym, pool and common areas are shared with other departments.

The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for neighbors.

The pool is for 6 people simultaneously and the gym for 2 people and it is important to respect the internal rules of no drinks, food or speakers with a high level

We ask you to notice that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the images may change due to wear and tear, but this will not affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. that are seen in the photo, or are included in the rent and are only put there for the photograph.
