located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 8 guests.

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 2 Queen beds , 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided (there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
