Amazing Cabin!!

It was just perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. A small cain in the middle of the mountain. Not too far from the city, and lots to do within reasonable distance. Cabin was nice and clean and we did get a lot of snow during our visit making it even better.

Great little cabin! Would have rated 4.5 instead of 4 if was possible.

Stayed for a spring break getaway with my husband and our teen daughter. She loves the loft area and said her bed was really comfortable. We chose this cabin because it was 15-30 minutes from everything we wanted to do/see. The cabin was well stocked and the owner gave great recommendations and info in the binder they provided. I only have a couple small complaints I’m sure will be fixed for future visitors. The main reason for not giving a 5 star review was the downstairs bed frame or box springs were broken which made the bed my husband and I slept on very uncomfortable. The cabin was very clean and well kept with the exception of some animal hair on the bed comforter (bed was otherwise clean) and a dishwasher full of dishes. With that being said, none of what I experienced would stop me from booking this cabin again once the bed is fixed. Based on all of the reviews I read prior to booking, this was a one off situation. The location was perfect for us.

Red Rocks Concert

Our stay in this great cabin was amazing. Perfect weather, perfect place and we loved the food across the road!! We had the best weekend and Carly's place was so perfect. Clean, all you could possibly need and plenty of room!! I will stay there again for certain! She was also very responsive!!

Great Cabin- Close to Red Rocks

The cabin looks exactly like the pictures. Carley was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. We loved how close it was to Red Rocks. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Mountain Cabin

Our stay was lovely and we loved the location in the mountains. We had a concert to attend at Red Rock and getting to and from misses 90% of the traffic associated with large events. Only issue we had was the unit wasn't cleaned after the last stay. We went to dinner and the property manager was able to get it cleaned while we were away.

Great location for Red Rocks

Great location for Red Rocks. We also visited Evergreen and Morrison. The communication with the property manager was excellent! Always responded with mins. Only issue is finding the property at night.

Cabin hideaway

This was a great place to get away for a few days. Tucked into the trees on a driveway that has no traffic was perfect. Such easy access from Denver but you feel much further away. All the amenities you need to enjoy a weekend or a night.

Much bigger than expected

We stayed at the cabin for a concert we were going to at Red Rocks. We had driven there from Salt Lake City and were definitely ready for some relaxation after the drive. We were so pleased to find that the reviews were no exaggerations. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, definitely enough room for four people, kitchen very well equipped and the owner very easy to reach. The forecast was for rain on the evening of our concert and she was thoughtful enough to have rain ponchos for us to use. The surrounding area is beautiful and it was really nice to come back to the cabin and sit around the fire pit at night and decompress. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. You’re 20-25 minutes away from really everything you’d like to do in the Denver area. The property is great, cozy, and just peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if available on our next trip to Denver.

Sweet little spot

We stayed here (2 couples) to attend a show at Red Rocks. Barb and Carly were awesome and the cabin is cozy and comfortable. Close to EVERYTHING! We had a great stay and would definitely rebook if we’re ever back in the area

Exceptional Home and location a must stay!

The location and home was exceptional! The home is like staying at a 5 star hotel! The home is so much larger than it appears, completely remodeled like new, a walk across your very own small creek bridge to restaurants, bars and amenities. We will absolutely book again and highly recommend to all. Owner was incredible to communicate with and outdoor fire pit was a blast! 10 out of 10!

Comfortable, Great Location, Great Host

My son & his fiancé (from Ned) and I (from Wisconsin) enjoyed our stay in April. It was convenient to visit, as well as work remotely (WiFi great). Location felt private. Made some light meals (thank you for the bubbly and the well stocked coffee, tea, spices). Hey - follow directions to the house from Host. GPS takes you to the wrong driveway.

Weekend away for red rocks

A cozy escape!

The house was cozy and welcoming. There were all the comfort amenities of home. The beds were super comfy and imviting. The house was very clean making settling in a quick and easy process. It felt like a home away from home!

Red Rocks Retreat

We chose the little cabin because it is close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre (9 min) where we planned to attend the Easter Sunrise Service. It's tucked just inside the mountains for a mountain getaway feel and a scenic drive to Idaho Springs and Golden. The cabin was comfy and clean with several amenities. We cooked several meals and would have Sat around the fire if it wasn't still covered in 3 feet of snow. 😁 The views from the cabin were lovely.

Unfortunate situation

I am hesitant to give a review because we didn't actually stay at the house. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned from the previous guests and smelled greatly of pot. The manager was not available to answer my calls for 3 hours from the time we arrived. We did contact VRBO help line but they were of no help. The manager did return my calls and was very apologetic. She was shocked it hadn't been cleaned and even more shocked of the pot smell. The rules state no smoking in the house which I assumed meant pot as well. Because it was late at night we had made other arrangements for a place to stay. I asked for full reimbursement which she did do. She apologized profusely and stated it had never happened before. The place seemed nice and true to the pictures but we couldn't see past the smell and it not being cleaned.

This property is a 100 yr old saw mill remodeled into a brand new country cottage. It nestles under trees and next to a private courtyard and creek. A foot bridge takes you to Mac Nation rated 5th best mac and cheese in the nation. Or 100 yards from sitting Bull, 100 yr old bar/restaurant. Both have live music all on the weekend during the summer. 10 Min from town you can have the best of both worlds!

Our property is on a half acre private road with no one next to you yet very close to food and drink or entertainment. Were 15 min from evergreen and red rocks, 7 minutes from the sledding Hill 40 min from Loveland ski area, and 20 min to Denver (without traffic).Here you have the best of both worlds, close to the city yet nestled a small mountain community.
