This place and the host were great. The views and location were excellent. We felt secluded and yet not too far from town and options for food etc.It was so nice to come back to the cabin after spending the days exploring, my wife and I would lay on the couch and bench outside while watching hikers climb the hills in the distance. We had as much fun reading and having a few drinks in the beautiful cabin as we did out and about during the day.We would definitely stay here again.

We came for the views and stayed for the weather… which tried to personally introduce itself every five minutes. This house quickly became our safe haven from sideways rain, midges with ambition, and roads that politely pretend to be two lanes. The kitchen saw heroic efforts (and a few questionable meals), while the windows delivered postcard views on demand. If these walls could talk, they’d mention laughter, muddy boots, and at least one moment of “is that a sheep or a rock?” To the next guests—lean into the adventure, trust the kettle, and never underestimate how fast Skye can steal your heart.

This was a perfect jump off place for exploring the Isle of Skye. Everything we needed was available in the cabin, including binoculars for observing the wildlife on the mountain side. We were blessed to have a beautiful clear night for star gazing- which for us was the highlight of our stay! Thank you both for the memories of a lifetime. Cozy cabin with a stunning view. This was the perfect escape and we loved waking up to the beautiful views everyday. It is close to the Quiraing and Storr hikes, as well as kilt rock lookout. The lock on the door was a little hard to work and I think could be fixed/replaced, but otherwise the stay was perfect. Overall, would highly recommend this for a stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing cabin!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. The cabin was perfect. Kitchen very well equipped. Views were incredible and the location exceeded our wildest expectations. Thoroughly recommend staying here for peace and tranquility with amazing countryside and wildlife on your doorstep

Cozzy cabin with a stunning view

The property is amazing and well located. It is near the local buses (57A and 57C) that pass fairly frequently. There is also the cafe the hungry gull that I highly suggest going! The locals are also really friendly.

Quiraing Cabin is hosted by Lizzie and Nate - who moved to the Isle of Skye in 2017 because of our love of mountains, wild places and rural community. Lizzie manages the cabin and the b&b they run at their home. She's also studying a degree in environmental science, and hopes to one day work in conservation helping to preserve the wild places she's so passionate about. Nate runs his own business as a professional mountain guide - he loves sharing his sense of adventure and challenge with people in the rugged Skye peaks. We hope that Quiraing Cabin will be a space that inspires your own sense of adventure - whilst still providing a cosy luxurious getaway to relax and unwind.
