This home has been thoughtfully designed with family, friends, quality time in mind. We want your time spent here to be fun and relaxing. We invite you to enjoy the home to the fullest--make a meal in the large chef's kitchen, relax on one of the pool floats, challenge your friends to a game of pool or ping pong, and enjoy an evening under the stars making s'mores by the fire pit. Whether you spend your days enjoying the home or out on the town, you're sure to make wonderful memories together!

- Comfortable living room featuring upscale furnishings, decorative brick fireplace, and mounted TV with Roku for streaming with guest login info

Additional Features:
We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:
- Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods
PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.
QUIET TIMES: Quiet hours are 9 pm-9 am. This is a family neighborhood where neighbors with kids live next door. Noise violations will be strictly enforced. We appreciate you being considerate of our neighbors!
NO PARTIES: We respect our neighbors and have a ZERO tolerance for parties. Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.
SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: We have two security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front door facing the walkway and the back facing the backyard/pool area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
SEASONAL POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool is unheated and is typically open from mid April through early/mid October (subject to weather/temperatures). The pool is closed seasonally from mid October through mid April. The pool is subject to being untreated/drained when not available for usage.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
