This ranch style home is in a great community and is centrally located within minutes to famous downtown 5th Ave. restaurants & shopping as well as nearby white sandy beaches.

Spend time with family and friends in our paradise palms after a day at the beach or enjoying the City of Naples. Paradise Palms has a screened lanai and is nicely landscaped with a private pool and hot tub. Feel free to take the 2 bicycles provided for a morning or evening ride around the community, to the grocery store, or to one of the many restaurants located near the house.

You will be in the heart of Naples close to some of the best amenities, shopping and dining experiences. This centrally located home puts you close to many public beach access points yet just a quick drive to old Naples.

Freshly painted, furnished and decorated, the home is very clean. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bath, combo tub/ shower and sink with large counter for getting ready. The primary closet is huge with plenty of storage and spaces to hang your personal things. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a double closet over looking the pool area. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower for the guests bedrooms to share.

The living room/ family room has a smart TV (HULU and Netflix are just a couple of stations available). The house has high speed internet .

We also have a two car garage which you will have full access to. The garage has a separate entrance to the house so you do not need to go out in those rainy afternoons and get all wet.
