Whether you’re looking to spend time with loved ones, vacationing or work remotely in a peaceful environment, this is the place to do it all. Relax by the fireplace while light pours in from the wall of windows, with pleasant sparkling pool, grill and chill on the backyard, and explore nature right outside your front door. Conveniently located near everything Redlands has to offer. You`ll never want to leave!

Upon entry, you are greeted by an expansive living room with cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, and gorgeous wood beams. The home has been tastefully renovated with many eclectic furniture pieces that are just right for the space and environment. This living room has a large sitting area with modern couch. Large windows here allow beautiful natural light in along with the amazing sunset/ sunrise and rose garden views.

The gorgeous kitchen has brand new designer appliances and everything else you need to cook a fabulous meal with family and friends or just make a perfect cup of coffee in the morning to make you feel home. There is plenty of room for cooking with a center island, vast counter space, 6 burners professional range, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee/tea bar, toaster, blender, and ultra quiet dishwasher. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on island bar stools, bistro table, or out on the deck in the fresh air.

Family room features large windows, fireplace and a sliding door that open into the backyard with a sparkling pool, outfitted with a kitchenette, BBQ, and ample sitting and dining area – perfect for eating that gourmet home cooked meal you just whipped up (or takeout from one of the awesome restaurants nearby).

Take in the views of the pool or lighten your load on a comfy couch while watching your favorite movies, T.V. shows, or games on our smart T.V., with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Watch movies or your favorite programs in any bedrooms or the family room while sinking into the comfortable electric recliner sofa. Light up the fireplace for additional ambiance.

The Nest features all modern amenities you could dream up, including a full service coffee bar, heated pool, jetted bubbling hot tub, five smart TVs and very fast WiFi. A good night’s sleep is our top priority, so you will find premium Saatva mattresses that are like sleeping on clouds & crisp cotton sheets in all four bedrooms. The entire house has light blocking window treatment so that you can even relax during the day. There is a smart thermostat so you can dial in the perfect temperature. The entire home is all yours to use. We simply ask you to treat our house with respect and leave it the way almost found it.

While the entire house, pool and backyard is yours to enjoy. We do not allow access to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is an attached, but separate unit from the main house. It shares a driveway with the main house but has its own private entrance, private parking area, and private yard. There is full privacy for both the house with no connections to each other. The Nest sits in a wonderful safe neighborhood and we can`t wait to share it with you.

I live very close by but I won`t be invading your space during your stay.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with well landscaped mature trees. If you like walking and running, then it’s a place for you!

We are 5 min walk to Redlands Community hospital, 2.2 miles to University of Redlands, and 6 min drive to Loma Linda University, Downtown Redlands and major attractions.

The Downtown Redlands corridor is speckled with local parks, historic sites, old orange groves and an Umbrella Alley. Held every Thursday night, the Market Night was established in 1988 and is a great place to be at.
If you fancy the fare of an English pub, Greek cuisine, hot n’ spicy Mexican food, or crave a hearty burger, downtown restaurants and wine bars offer all that and more! Afterwards, take a stroll down to tree-lined streets and top off your meal with an ice cream or delicious specialty dessert.

SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 security cameras on the exterior of property only. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.

GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. No of guests exceeding 8 needs a pre-approval from the host. Your guests are welcomed to come and visit you but not stay.

PETS : We have a strict no pet policy.

PARTY/EVENT: We have zero tolerance to any party/events. In an event of breach, you will be strictly asked to leave immediately and vacate the property.

POOL: We charge $250 to heat the pool upfront and then $150 per day. We need 2 days of advance notice and payment if you wish to heat the pool. We charge $25 per day to heat the spa.

WHOLE HOUSE FAN: It brings in fresh air inside the house. Please make sure you open up a window/sliding door before turning on the fan to prevent vacuum.

CLEANING: Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout.
As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our house. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules.
I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience!


Parking: Park your car off the Olive Ave, please do not block the mail box to make sure the mail guy can timely deliver our mails. No Camper van or RV parking is allowed. Needs host approval for more than 2 cars.


Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Please enjoy your meal only in the dining room. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.


A/C and Heating: The property has 2 smart thermostat located in the living room and 2nd floor hallway. User manual is provided in the House Guide.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.


Noise: As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible. No parties or events.


Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available for you to use, with washing powder in the trolley. Keep the used towels in the laundry basket provided in each room. Please use make-up remover to wash off make-up`s. Don`t use towels to wipe off your make-up’s. Thank you!


Child Safety: Keep a close eye on your kids while around pool and balcony. Pool is kept fenced.


Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.


Trash: Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before checkout. Extra garbage can is disposed off in the big black trash can behind the gate next to the pool unit.


Pets: STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED either guest or visitors. I am an animal lover myself, but sadly some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. So I have made the decision not to accept pets in my home. I hope you can understand.


Incidence: Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
No pets allowed.
Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
