A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. The dining area features a large table with seating for six and views to the outdoor patio. Next to the dining room is the open and relaxing living room. This space is highlighted by comfortable furnishings (2 chairs and a sofa), wood-burning fireplace for that perfect mountain touch, and TV with plenty of streaming options (bring your logins). The last room downstairs is a half bath and laundry room.

At the top of the stairs, there is a bedroom immediately to the left. This comfortable space has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and armoire for clothes storage. This room gets early morning sunlight. The second bedroom is to the right and features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage for clothes. Next to this bedroom is a flexible space. This room can double as an office and or sleeping area, as it has a comfortable futon and desk. The sliding doors open up to let the outside in. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, nicely titled walls and floor, and hickory vanity.
