It is on the island in Lake Havasu City home of the London Bridge! (About 3 miles to the bridge)

Place on the water in Lake Havasu City AZ on the island in Sams Beachcomber Resort. It is a cozy 1 bedroom unit with Master bedroom (King bed) and living room with pull out sleeper (queen) and 1 bath with recent contemporary remodel.

Newly added hot tub for your private use on the deck with amazing view of the water! (Side note: if you use the spa please do not turn it down below 100 degrees and please put the cover back on otherwise they’ll be a charge)

Outside: Huge Deck that is On The Water that has private stairs to the water. It has a table with 8 spots, and outdoor couch that seats up to 8 people and can be made up like a huge bed for snuggling with your special someone! Oh yeah did I mention they ALL overlook the lake?!

BBQ/ Grill outside for grilling,

Inside: Full kitchen with cooking top, convection oven/microwave, refrigerated/freezer, coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, and other misc items you would need in a kitchen. Stocked with dishes and cooking items. HDTV (smart TV) in living room / bedroom with directv cable with premium movie channels, and high speed wireless internet. (No DVD player)

Pets welcome if potty trained. I have on listing that it is not safe for 2-12 year old's. The reason is for the safety issue with the outdoor deck height and stairs. It is at your discretion if it is appropriate and safe for your child/ pet.

Tesla/EV 220 charger on site (see pic for hook configuration however have to lower amps in order to charge without blowing breaker).

Boat parking: There are 3 spots you can park your boat starting with my favorite.

1) Mooring bouy right in front of unit (temporarily unavailable)

2) Cove 2 units over with stairs leading down (first come first serve basis)

3) Docks at resort (avail for small fee of $20 per day from resort) you cannot reserve but are first come first serve when in person.

My boat is on the premises and may come to take it out and request that you not block it. Shed on premises is accessible to owner at any time.
$50 additional fee if booked within 48 hours of booking dates as the resort will assign this fee to myself due to late booking. The resort requires a contract to be signed prior to arriving this will be sent to your email via Docusign please sign it as soon as you receive it to prevent any delays at check in. Additional $50 fee if not signed 24 hrs prior to check in.
