This one bedroom, one full bathroom apartment has its own private fenced in outside deck with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When you enter the home, you see an open concept living room & kitchen area, the couch has a pull-out full-size bed so the apartment can sleep four. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven/range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is a queen size bed. There are two AC units, one in the main living space and the other in the bedroom to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months. All linens & towels are provided, there is no washing machine or dryer.
The driveway has a slight drop down to it so during high snow fall, a low vehicle may have trouble getting out. Snowplow service is provided when snowfall is greater than 4 inches.
**NOTE** This one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment is attached to our main house and both units are listed on VRBO and both properties can be rented at the same time. There is a large and heavy door that is securely locked on both sides so when dually rented, neither guest can unlock from their side to access the other unit. Both have separate front doors with their own smart lock on opposite sides of the home and have been designed to be both private and secluded.

Hello and welcome. We are Jason and Laura Meagrow and live in Grand Rapids, MI. We love to ski and enjoy the outdoors in general and have been coming to north Michigan for years. Two years ago we decided it was time to buy our own up north home so we can enjoy it but also rent it out to others to enjoy when we are not using it.
