Experience an immersive getaway in a shipping container nestled in the beautiful Foothills of North Carolina! Wake up in this beautiful and cozy container home as nature wakes up around you. Start your day with a freshly poured cup of coffee, at our coffee bar. With an elegant Jura Machine and the provided Guatemalan coffee beans, you're sure to feel like you're relaxing in luxury. Then rest in the sun by the gorgeous pond, sip wine at the locally-renowned wineries, and end the day by recharging in the luxurious hot tub and roasting s'mores by the fire pit. Don't forget to take a turn in the barrel sauna on the upper deck to really encourage a fully relaxed experience. This unique stay has a way of leaving you rested, recharged, and pampered! You can walk up the spiral staircase to your private 23' open aired deck with cozy egg chairs and an umbrella to provide shade on those sunny North Carolina days, or you can walk down the gravel pathway to your personal pond! The pond is fed by a natural spring and the sounds of the bubbling brook and bull frogs can be heard all summer long!

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

1. While we are excited for you to enjoy your time at the container, please remember that a lot of time and effort went into this special project. Please treat the space with respect.

2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $400.

3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. There is a camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year for the safety of our guests and the property. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
