Regarding the fire alarm, I apologize for the inconvenience. Guest comfort and safety are very important to us, and we would have been happy to address it immediately if it had been reported during your stay. This home is a historic Baltimore row house, and as is common with many properties in neighborhoods like Fells Point, the layout includes traditional narrow stairways and hallways. We do our best to provide clear photos and descriptions so guests can understand the character and layout of the home before booking. For drinking water, Baltimore tap water is safe to drink, but we appreciate the suggestion and will consider adding bottled water or another option as an additional convenience for guests. Regarding the situation outside the property, we understand your concern. Unfortunately, like many urban neighborhoods, occasional street issues can occur that are outside of a host’s control. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if anything impacts their comfort so we can assist in any way possible. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels in the future.
