Great Place!

Great hosts! Clean, comfortable house well stocked with so many items. Loved the 300 ft. of private beach front just across the road for the cottage. Use of Kayak. So relaxing! If we return to Grand Cayman, this is where we want to stay!

Wonderful!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience here. The home, the beach, the location, and the owner were all simply wonderful. We spent our days snorkeling, soaking up the sun, enjoying the company of chickens and parrots, and going on various adventures throughout the island. Would absolutely recommend.

Parent’s Paradise

Sea beauty is a beautiful well appointed home. A great place to stay especially with kids, due to the safety or the yard and private beach. As a cook I found everything I needed to make delicious dinners. It was sparklingly clean and I can’t say enough about our host, Cathy. She is just wonderful! We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful stay at sea beauty!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at sea beauty! The property (villa, pool & private beach) is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with how our stay went. Immediately upon check in we felt a sense of home, cleanliness and peace. We had access to everything we could need (from a fully stocked kitchen. to toiletry items, beach items, laundry, items to clean up after ourselves etc!) having access to both the private beach and the pool was wonderful. We were also provided with a beautiful welcome and fruit basket upon our arrival! Thank you Cathy, Jerry and everyone at sea beauty for making our honeymoon so special! We can’t wait to come back ❤️

Perfect Winter Holiday

This was a perfect vacation from booking until the moment we returned home. . Cathy gave us useful planning information before our arrival. When we arrived at the house, she was waiting on us. She gave us a wonderful tour of the property. Others have mentioned the welcome basket, but it has to be said again. It was fantastic - amazing fresh fruits, local jelly, pancake mix and syrup, teas, drink mixes, chips, and other snacks. The house had everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens, beach towels, ice chests, life jackets, sand toys, etc. Also, for people who have stayed at other vacation rentals, you should be aware that they have thought of everything - laundry detergent, shampoo, condition, soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, napkins, make-up wipes, spices, first aid kit, sunscreen and bug spray. However, there is more to this property than the well thought out amenities. There is a private 300 foot beach with lawn chairs, chairs, hammocks, and a picnic table. You have it all to yourself. You can take the furnished kayak 15 minutes to the reef and see turtles, sting rays and amazing fish. There was definitely no need to go on a snorkeling excursion when it is in your front yard. We did go to the caves and had an amazing time. We ate at the Lighthouse several nights as it is only a mile down the street. Don’t miss rum point as it is very close. We can’t thank Cathy and Jerry enough for their hospitality. We hope to be back.

Super Ferienhaus!

Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren im April 2017 für 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es liegt abseits der belebten Touristengegend, für uns ideal. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen, somit kann man problemlos die gesamte Insel erkunden (Linksverkehr). Das Haus hat alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorstellen kann. Beeindruckt hat uns die extreme Sauberkeit. Sogar von außen sah das Haus aus, als wäre alles erst gerade frisch gestrichen worden. Die Besitzer Cathy und Jerry haben uns überaus herzlich empfangen und wir hatten jederzeit die Gelegenheit, mit Ihnen in Kontakt zu treten. Der Strand zur privaten Nutzung ist ein Traum! Auch hier war alles da, was das Herz begehrt: Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Tisch, Bänke, Stühle und 2 gemütliche Hängematten. Auch ein Kajak kann benutzt werden. Man braucht unbedingt Badeschuhe, da es im Strandbereich viel Seegras gibt und auch das eine oder andere Steinchen oder Muscheln vorhanden sind. Haus und Strand sind durch eine Straße getrennt. Dadurch ist natürlich etwas Fahrzeuglärm zu hören. Uns hat es kaum gestört. Hinter dem Haus ist die Terrasse, auf der wir morgens immer gefrühstückt haben. Die Vögel waren dabei immer unsere Beobachter. Insgesamt gesehen haben wir uns in dem Haus super wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können eine 100% ige Weiterempfehlung geben!

Private Serenity and Beauty

Can't begin to say enough kind words about our host Cathy. She was waiting to greet us when we arrived at Sea Beauty to give us a tour of the property and frequently checked in on us, via whatsapp, to make sure we were doing well. The house appears rustic on the outside but is brand new on the inside and fully stocked as others have said. The property is amazing. Coconut trees, wild parrots and postcard beach. We snorkeled, not scuba, every corner of the island and have to say that the best reef and marine life we found was at the reef we paddled to in Cathy's complimentary tandem kayak right from the front yard of the house. If you want a quiet and private vacation on a Caribbean island with crystal clear water and an amazing gracious host this is it! Thanks again Cathy

Very clean, well stocked

Very well stocked and clean property. Swim area in front was nice, but we preferred the beaches near 7 mile. Water shoes are a must for all beaches due to grass or possible rocks. Very nice relaxing area.

Fantastic Caribbean getaway

If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of a cruise port town (Georgetown), this place is NOT for you. But if you are looking for a laid-back, relaxing holiday in the sun (with your own private beach!) in the East End, this is just the place. Kathy met us personally (even with the late arrival of our plane) and showed us around the cottage, which was beautiful - clean, neat and with every amenity you could ever want. The welcome basket and fresh fruit was a very nice touch. We can't wait for another opportunity to return to Grand Cayman and we would definitely book Sea Beauty again - it is truly aptly named!

Handicapped accessibility exceeded expectations

The personal welcome by Cathy and Jerry was so appreciated. The welcome baskets a delightful surprise! We loved our time at this quiet little oasis away from the hustle of Georgetown. Wheelchair access was terrific. We had use of a mobichair which opened up use of the beach and the water for my honey. The beach was lovely, other family members joined us here because the shade made it a great location for toddlers to play without worrying about them getting too much sun. Lots of sun for those who wanted it. The cottage was well stocked which made cooking easy peasy. We enjoyed exploring the East End. Would love to think we will return someday.

This place has it all!

This place was amazing and comes with everything you will ever need to include your own private beach. The beach is like your own tropical paradise with no other people around. Plenty of sun or shade along with palm trees, lounge chairs, hammocks (my favorite place), kayak you name it they thought of it. This place is far enough away from tourists for a peaceful vacation but close enough to get anywhere on the island in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Sea Beauty Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Beauty. The house is as described and was stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The private beach was nice, but was overrun with seaweed during our week, which was a big disappointment. The locals were friendly and the food was great. The house is off of a busy street and the noise can interrupt your quiet time. Cathy & Jerry were very nice and accommodating and the fruit basket was a nice welcome.

Beautiful Cottage by the Sea

Great little house with a wonderful private beach. The owners/managers thought about every little detail. Shady areas and seating on the beach, well stocked house, super clean inside and out. Our kids loves seeing the chickens, iguanas, rays, parrots & star fish around the house & private beach area. Cathy was always in contact with us and concerned with our needs before and during our stay. Unfortunately, we did have the seaweed issue on our side of the island, so we didn’t get to fully appreciate the beautiful private beach. It was a beautiful place to rest, relax and enjoy the lovely island. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Immediately at home

This home is perfect for four adults. Two private bedrooms and baths. The home is beautifully appointed and low-key. We had everything we needed for our stay - just needed to grab some groceries. Home owners were pleasant and accommodating, and we loved the property! The backyard is beautiful but we spent much of our time across the road on our private beach. Not only is the beach private but there is very little foot traffic in this area anyway and we felt quite secure and relaxed. We were careful to lock the house when we were away. When staying here we recommend that you rent a car. We have to say that the pictures of this beautiful little home do not do it justice. We snorkeled every day and sometimes twice a day. We were careful to watch our steps in the water to avoid harm to the starfish, stingrays, octopus and other inhabitants as we enjoyed this beautiful beach. We went to Spotts beach to see the sea turtles and thoroughly enjoyed swimming with the turtles from a respectable distance. The reef squid (less than a foot long each) were beautiful and intriguing. So much aquatic life to appreciate! So happy with our stay at the Sea Beauty and will definitely stay there for our next visit.

Perfect Getaway

Sea Beauty was perfect for two adult couples. We had everything we could possibly need. The cottage is adorable, and also very roomy and comfortable... and spotless!! We spent every sunrise on the beach with coffee, loaded up the cooler with lunch and went exploring during the day, and returned to the peaceful beach and/or back deck every evening for cocktails and dinner. We enjoyed the kayak, the hammocks, the unbelievably warm water... I wish we never had to leave! The beds are comfortable, the toiletries are fully stocked, and there was every possible kitchen amenity you could ever need. The location is perfect. Very close to Rum Point, the Botanical Gardens, and the Mastic Trail (we loved the trail - rugged, but beautiful!) Just far enough away from the busy Seven Mile Beach area - we still visited there several times, but were happy to come back to the peaceful east end. Cathy and Jerry were wonderful hosts - Cathy was prompt answering any questions and making recommendations. I inadvertently left a piece of jewelry there and housekeeping was quick to let her know. She contacted me immediately and made arrangements to ship the item to me. She went above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend Sea Beauty. We can't wait to return.

Sea Beauty is a top notch vacation rental.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed, was immaculate, and modernly furnished. The private beach is easy to access just across the street and is setup for comfort and relaxation with beach chairs, hammocks, and shade huts. We didn't see a soul while relaxing during our week there! It truly feels like your own slice of paradise. Cathy was a wonderful host and attended to all our needs, greeting us when we arrived and quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. We can't wait to make it back.

Perfect Cayman Cottage

Sea Beauty cottage was absolutely perfect! The location was wonderful; easy to get to Georgetown, Rum Point, or the East End. The cottage was equipped with everything we could need, even sun screen. There were fabulous baskets filled with fruit, nuts, and local favorites awaiting us when we arrived. However, the best part by far was the beautiful private beach! The owners were always available for any questions we might have. It was the perfect place for us while we visited Grand Cayman. We can't wait for our return trip!
