Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, certain portions of the property were unclean and missing basic requirements expected of a rental. There were no coffee mugs, bath rugs were absent, and the towels provided were visibly dirty and stained. No matching towels, only white cheap towels. There was a stain on the bathroom wall next to the toilet, and it was impossible not to wonder what it could be. The property also had a very strong urine smell, despite being listed as a no pets allowed rental. When these issues were raised, the owner was combative rather than helpful, and the renter and owner could not reach a reasonable agreement. The owner’s proposed solution was to tell us to leave—without offering any refund—despite the fact that we had driven 12 hours to get there. We were given two different codes to enter the house which was confusing and when we made the owner aware of this, she couldn’t understand the danger this put us in. We were also given the wrong Wi-fi pass codes and the property manage was no help, but we eventually figured it out ourselves. This lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospitality made the stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
