The Host was readily available if I needed anything and checked in to make sure all was well. The house was great and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay in Houston. This home has a great location with easy access to the freeways. It’s also in a gated community. The neighbors were nice and the walking trails were great for morning walks.

Our Thanksgiving stay started off rough. When we arrived the home had a strong pet odor and several cleaning issues.However, the owner responded quickly and sent a cleaning crew the same dav, which took all dav They replaced the bedding, changed the shower curtain, cleaned the vent replaced the air filter, and replaced the trash can. Although the animal smell remained. the owner was kind, professional, and consistently followed up to make things right. I appreciate her effort to address the concerns promptly.

Perfect for what we needed!

The neighborhood was gated and so clean! Manager checked in on us often and everything was good! We had no issues and they were super easy to work with. Very well supplied and easy access!

Let me start by saying the host was AMAZING. Her house was exactly like the pictures, she was on top of communications and made sure everything was fine for me and my friends. We went on a girls trip and it was nice and close to everything. We will for sure be saving her info to keep for next time.

poor beds, trash cans not working, Front door lock was a issue with buttons not working. Garage was dumped with stuff and couldn't put our car inside. backyard was not usable. AC was cold in the living room but bed room remained hot. with no fans in 2 bedrooms. light switched seemed pretty old. overall it was spacoius but amenities are very poor.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but I’d like to clarify a few things for accuracy: • The garage was available and your vehicle was parked inside throughout your stay. I can prove it • The backyard was accessible at all times with no restrictions. • The AC is fully functional and adjustable; it was cooling properly during your visit. • All trash cans were working, and the front door lock has been tested with no issues reported by other guests before or after your stay. • I also want to mention that two of the bedrooms have portable fans available upon request for added comfort. you did not request any. I’m genuinely unsure if there may have been some confusion or if perhaps this feedback is related to another listing. Either way, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and I’m always open to making improvements where needed. Safe travels!

Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, certain portions of the property were unclean and missing basic requirements expected of a rental. There were no coffee mugs, bath rugs were absent, and the towels provided were visibly dirty and stained. No matching towels, only white cheap towels. There was a stain on the bathroom wall next to the toilet, and it was impossible not to wonder what it could be. The property also had a very strong urine smell, despite being listed as a no pets allowed rental. When these issues were raised, the owner was combative rather than helpful, and the renter and owner could not reach a reasonable agreement. The owner’s proposed solution was to tell us to leave—without offering any refund—despite the fact that we had driven 12 hours to get there. We were given two different codes to enter the house which was confusing and when we made the owner aware of this, she couldn’t understand the danger this put us in. We were also given the wrong Wi-fi pass codes and the property manage was no help, but we eventually figured it out ourselves. This lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospitality made the stay unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
