2 month stay

This was our 3rd year staying at Strands Beach. By far this was the best condo. The views were great, ocean breezes and easy parking. Owners were very kind and let us drop our stuff off before check in to make room in our car to meet some friends for lunch.

Best View Ever!

Lovely place to spend a month and walk to the cliff for ocean views and sunsets every night. The beach is great too and God's paintbrush is at work in this location every day! We will be back.

Paradise views

Such a cute and delightful home with views of the ocean from every room! Cozy with every necessary amenity for your beachcation. The owners were accessible and easy to contact. Quiet neighbors. Overall a great place to land while our home was being repaired.

Great Ocean Views!

We enjoyed our 30-day stay in this condo at Niguel Beach Terrace. The unit showcases wonderful ocean views from multiple rooms. The owners recently upgraded the unit with new flooring and interior painting. Very comfortable space for up to four people. We have vacationed at Niguel Beach Terrace for several years, and we will continue to return to this area each fall.

Ocean view vacation

With everything from sunset views almost every night to a beautiful beach, the condos at Niguel Beach Terrace are a great place to stay. Every night you can join the locals on the beautiful walkway above Strands beach to look at the sunset or observe it from your own front deck. The condo is comfortable, well furnished, and most of all really has the ocean view that everyone wants! The hosts are helpful and very nice to deal with. We would be happy to stay at their condo again.

Dream vacation home

This home is just like it’s described and photographed. It’s in a fabulous location with panoramic views of the Pacific and Dana Point. We stayed for two months and loved every minute. The condo was much like home only with better views. The owners are very responsive. We only had one small problem and it was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to be able to stay here

Perfect location!

This property offers one of the best views in the entire complex as we had a spectacular view of the ocean every day. It also is very close to the pool/hot tub and parking (2 designated spots) and is right across the street from Dana Strands Beach. It does require some stairs to get to the water but there is a funicular which runs in the summer. The owners were prompt to respond and immediately took care of a couple of issues that arose. Due to a quick turnaround of guests the property was not as clean as we might have liked. The owners offered to send the cleaning team back but we said no and chose to do a little cleaning ourselves. For those who enjoy walking this location is perfect. The Lantern District is within walking distance via a path next to the complex. There is no shortage of fabulous restaurants nearby. In closing we were extremely pleased with our stay and our hosts were very accommodating.

Perfect getway and Location!

Our stay was perfect. It exceeded our expectations. The location can not be beat! Across the street from the beach with an great ocean view to wake up to as well as watch the sunset. Very nice ocean-view unit

We had a great extended 2-month stay in this unit during January and February 2018. It is well-located within the complex with ocean views just a short walk to the pool and hot tub. it is also extremely bright - some of the other units we have stayed in are dark. The unit is nicely furnished with some fairly recent updates. This unit has a fireplace (which we did not use during our stay), interior laundry, and is well-equipped with all the stuff you need. There are 2 dedicated covered parking spaces. There are a total of 3 televisions all of which are flat panels and equipped with cable that offers all channels we typically watch. The main TV above the fireplace is very large (maybe 50") and wall-mounted. There was a small water leak from one toilet during our stay and the owners had someone come in immediately to assess the situation and then had the toilet replaced promptly. From our experience, the owners were great to deal with! Would definitely rent this unit again, unfortunately it is already booked for next year....

Lovely Strand Beach Condo With an Ocean View

After a stressful move from our home, we found a wonderful 30 day sanctuary in this lovely condo with a Catalina view, walking distance to a beautiful beach in Dana Point. Every evening we witnessed a fantastic sunset from the living room and bedroom windows. In the morning, we enjoyed a cup of coffee and the ocean view on the patio while we checked emails, etc. Just a very short drive to Pacific Coast Highway, and you are on the road to sightseeing, restaurants, multiple beaches and SoCal fun! The owners were very accommodating with some special needs and made us feel very welcome. The condo was equipped with all you'd need to make a gourmet dinner or a simple breakfast. It was just as advertised and very nicely decorated and immaculate. Three TVs with cable kept you entertained if you just wanted to curl up on the comfortable couch and spend the night at home with a glass of wine. Just bring your clothes, including swimsuits, and you are ready for a great get away in a great location, in a great home away from home! I definitely recommend this beautiful condo!!! Enjoy!!

Dana Point Beauty

This condo at Dana Point was the perfect place to start the New Year in SoCal! The location is convenient to everything in Dana Point and surrounding areas. The view and sunset let you know you are at one of the most beautiful places in USA. . I would stay here again. Very clean, well equipped and maintained. A great vacation choice!

Condo in Dana Point

We stayed a full month at this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and loved it so much, we are coming back for the month of Sept., 2016. The place has an ocean view, beautifully appointed and the owners were very responsive to our needs. It is located such that we could walk downtown for dining, shopping, etc. There are a multitude of nearby restaurants, beautiful parks, huge marina, etc., etc. We highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a first class vacation spot.

Great home away from home!

I spent almost two months in the condo and it couldn't have been any better. I have stayed in a few other condos at this complex and this one is definitely the best yet. It is well stocked, clean and comfortable and in a great location; close to parking, pool, and the ocean. Definitely looking forward to my next stay. The owners are very helpful if you need anything too.

Wonderful family holiday

We just spent Christmas holidays in this condo & had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and in excellent condition and we enjoyed easy access to the beach and wonderful sunset views from the patio. The pool is just steps from the condo and the photos don't do it justice, it is a very nice facility. The condo is located directly across from Strand Beach and is in a quiet and safe area. Dana Point is close to great shopping (Laguna Beach, Newport Fashion Mall, Costco) and is 30 minutes from Disneyland & the Carlsbad Outlet Mall. The owners were easy to deal with and very helpful. We highly recommend this spot for a family getaway.

Best Beach Condo ever!

This condo is exactly what the photos show online-delightful, modern and a great place to stay. You are across the street from Strand Beach with ocean views. The condo is upscale and has everything available you could ask for-from the amenities such as laundry soap, towels and dishwashing detergent, to the beach toys, boards and seats. There are two nicely sized bedrooms equipped with televisions and two full bathrooms with lots of hot water. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure, from dealing with the reservation to receiving our deposit back. This is truly a gem.

Family pring Break Vacation

The condo location was perfect. We enjoyed walks down to the beach every day and were impressed by the changes made allowing for additional and better beach access. My husband and I never wanted I leave Dana Point! We did take in many area attractions ( disney, zoo, hollywood, clippers game) and the drive time from Dana Point makes a trip to LA or sAn Diego possible. The condo was very clean and furnished with all necessities. Traders Joes close by was a big plus for us as well!

Dana point condo

Very nice place right by the Ocean. Perfect for us to relax and enjoy southern Californa. The aster bedroom bed is very comfortable. The mattress of the beds in the second bedroom could be improved. We had a great say!

Family of 5 from Melbourne Australia

We had an amazing, relaxing and fun stay here. The location is outstanding right across from the beach so beautiful you cant help but waking up smilling each morning. The property is gorgeous and everything was clean and comfortable.Our kids had a great time at the pool +spa each day and the owners were very helpful with answering all our questions. Would not hesitate to recomend this place to anyone!!! You will not be disappointed. We were so sad to be leaving.

Nice condo, great location

Steve & Kristen; Thanks for sharing your condo; we had a great holiday! Your condo was a high point for us, a welcome respite after our days visiting the various Southern California attractions. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful Strand Beach access and my kids spent hours in the salt water pool; the condo complex is very well maintained. Access to the I5 freeway from Dana point is simple; it is a perfect location to go north to LA or south to San Diego. Thanks again; we will be back in Southern California and will contact you then! Great Beach Condo

I was in Dana Point for almost a month for a training camp getting ready for the London Olympics. This Condo was so relaxing and beautiful! The shared hot tub and pool were great along with going down to the beach for beach runs. Great safe community! I will go back again next year to this comfortable home!
