The Space:
This charming and fabulously furnished Creekside condo is ready for your Schweitzer vacation. Professionally decorated by Basecamp Designs, this 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is charming, welcoming and conveniently located.
Awaken to serene and snow covered creekside views, this condo is located on a private driveway JUST before the main entrance to Schweitzer Village. The master bedroom has a King bed, luxury linens, in suite. A second bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized bunk beds with reading lights and charging ports. Upstairs is a third bedroom with Queen bed, again in suite, and loft area with 2 large Restoration Hardware lounge chairs -- or use this area to set up the Queen aero bed (provided). The kitchen is fully appointed with a long and informal dining table. The living room is gorgeous ~ a huge sectional allows ample seating, floor to ceiling windows to take in the views, and a large flat screen TV for apre ski movies and downtime.
A deep and large garage with ski 'tune up' room is provided and all skis/boots can be stored in the ski room with boot dryer. Garage is a full double and *shared* with a neighboring unit. Please note that there is room to PARK ONLY ONE vehicle, and it must be parked *inside* garage, as outdoor parking is not permitted. This is super important for snow removal efforts during ski season (and no one wants their car towed!).
Additionally, this is a family- and friendly-community but please note: Quiet Hours **Strictly** enforced from 8pm-10am, No pets, and while there is an owner's community hot tub onsite, it is not currently available to vacation rentals (HOA rules). If you DO want a family friendly, quiet and gorgeous place to stay - this is for you!
Since this property is brand new to vacation rentals, reviews are just coming in, but this is a truly charming location to enjoy Schweitzer winter or summer. Ideal seasonal and longer-term Schweitzer rental - book now.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to 1 side of a shared parking garage and must leave skis and boots in the ski/tune room in garage. This top floor condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is fully appointed. HOA rules require: Quiet Hours 8pm-10am, Only 1 car parked in garage (other vehicles must be parked at Schweitzer lots). Guests do *not* have access to Owner hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Creekside is a family and friend oriented community that is located just below Schweitzer Village. It`s a quiet group of owners and guests, who want to enjoy all the amenities of being outside at Schweitzer. Due to it`s location, only 1 vehicle is allowed onsite and must be parked in the shared garage provided. Other cars may be parked on Schweitzer lots (main lot has a daily cost, but Fall Line lot is free).
