Cheerful Bancroft bungalow near Lava Hot Springs.

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. We can’t wait to host you and your family here!
The space
The homes living space is located on the main level. The living room, dining area and Kitchen are all part of the same space giving the home an open feel and allowing for easy interaction amongst guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bed as well as a brand new queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. The back yard is large and fully fenced so it is great for dogs. It has a new concrete patio with Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit and LED lighting. There are also two hammocks in the back yard as well as a new regulation size corn hole set. The washer and dryer is in the basement and can be accessed through the garage. There is plenty of space for parking including a large driveway that runs along the side of the property if you need extra room to park a trailer or large RV.
Security feature
The house is protected by the Ring security system. There is a Ring doorbell located at the front door entrance.
Backyard
The backyard is a wonderful place to have a BBQ, roast marshmallows, play corn hole or just hang out in the hammocks.
