3 BEDROOMS WITH QUEEN SIZE BEDS + ONE EXTRA ROOM WITH KING SIZE BED! Due to Licensing Requirements can be advertised as 3 bedrooms only BUT has 4 REGULAR PRIVATE ROOMS to sleep in. One of the bedrooms is huge and has 2 queen size beds. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has 1 queen size bed. The EXTRA room has a king size bed. Total beds - 4 queen size, 1 king size. Sleeps 10 guests.

Property is under outdoor video surveillance - driveway, parking area, and entrance to the house. There are NO cameras indoors OR anywhere in the back of the house where all of our amenities and activities are located as we value our guests' privacy!!

4 acres of property with unique landscaping AND abundant nature - bears, deer, foxes, turkeys, groundhogs, racoons, opossums, coyotes, Fisher Cat, and more....as well as many different kinds of birds that return to nest at our property every year including Hummingbirds ... WITH 200+ acres of forest in the back (private property) ensuring truly serene atmosphere.


Featuring 3 bedrooms with Queen Size beds + EXTRA room with king size bed for total of 10 guests accommodations, 2 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen/ dining room / living room, and game room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances including oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig & standard drip), toaster, slow cooker, waffle maker & crepes maker, blender, French coffee press, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more…We also provide coffee, tea, sugar and some basic spices.
We have a central heating system throughout the house and 2 electric fireplaces (one in the game room and one on the main floor) to ensure warmth and coziness in tough Pocono’s winter months.
For summer months the house is equipped with CENTRAL A/C to keep our guests nice and cool.

There are 6 smart TVs on the premises (1 in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the game room) with free WIFI internet and free Netflix and free smart TV channels (no cable).
Guests are free to log into their own TV provider to watch cable. Our Smart TV PIN number (for logging purposes) is provided upon request. Please remember to log out of your TV provider and/or any streaming services.

All guests have access to our laundry room which comes with a supply of laundry detergent.

FLOOR PLAN:
Ground Floor - Game Room
Main Level - The EXTRA room with a king size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room, living room, dining room, kitchen, office area, and hallway.
Top Level - 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 queen size bed each/1 with 2 queen size beds), and bathroom with a large bathtub and walk-in shower.

All beds come with fresh/clean beddings & linens. We provide 2 towels per person so no need to bring your own.

PRICING:
We utilize what's known as 'base pricing' up to first 4 guests to accommodate smaller groups such as families (generally 2 parents and 2 children) and/or lover's retreats (generally 1 - 2 couples) which we host a lot and who might not be able to come and stay with us IF we would charge one large price based on full occupancy.
After the first 4 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night for each additional guest up to our maximum occupancy of 10.
Infants and toddlers (up to the age of 2) stay free BUT are included in the occupancy - though we might not count an extra infant over the maximum occupancy of 10.
A guest would have to disclose the total guest count and ages for all via message AND receive an exception from us.
This system is quite popular as it's fair to guests - smaller groups are not overcharged and can enjoy the property, fair to hosts as the running expenses (energy/supplies) are directly proportioned to the group size, AND it's the only system that allows for updates in guest count AND the price - loved by all.
Example - Should there be less guests coming last minute, the booking party can update the reservation and receive a refund - this is not possible IF one large price (based on full occupancy) is charged where the price remains the same regardless of how many guests end up coming. The price update is possible up to 48 hours prior to the trip!

Away from home doesn’t have to be less comfortable than being home. Everything in our house, from furniture to kitchen supplies, from mattresses to linens and towels were hand selected to ensure comfort, convenience, and relaxing atmosphere. Soaps and paper products are provided as well for our quest’s convenience.


The house accommodates up to 10 people. It is perfect for small 'get togethers ' and low key weekend getaways but it is NOT A PARTY HOUSE (graduations).
We however welcome 'special occasions' such as birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, and even small weddings - as long as the maximum occupancy is adhered to.
We do NOT allow any day-guests/visitors.
Any exceptions for 'day-guests/visitors' would have to be with PRIOR APPROVAL and in line with our licensing requirements.
(Private chefs, masseurs, deliveries are OK - these are not considered 'day-guests')

Pets, including service animals, are NOT allowed as we use the premises too and suffer from severe allergies. As this is a private establishment, by law we are allowed to set such rules to prevent any bodily harm and/or health risks. We apologize but if you need an accommodation that allows pets, we are NOT a suitable place. The only time we might be able to grant an exception is if the pet is a HYPOALLERGENIC breed (dog). Proof of breed will be required. Prior approval must be granted.
