If you're looking for the "Perfect 10" on the beach in Destin, you've found it! Private beach on East Pass is downstairs. A wonderful public beach on Gulf of Mexico is a 5-minute walk. Five-Star restaurants are across the harbor. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Flemings, PF Chang and more, just a short 15 drive.
Wake up to a gorgeous sun rise over Destin Harbor and watch the sun set, or the frequent fireworks shows over East Pass. And that's just outside.
Inside, you'll find a fully furnished & renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo with new appliances, quartz counters, new cabinets and flooring throughout. We fish, and we love life around the water! I'm a native of the Florida Panhandle and salt water is in my veins. She's a native of Panama and loves "La Playa". This is our home, away from home and our favorite destination! Destin is a great place to be and we're offering our "home" for the first time to a discerning Snowbird couple/family. If you love the beach, you're at the right place. If golf is your thing, there are many championship resort courses to choose from less than 15 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby? Oh, YES! Great shopping at Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and more boutiques and gift shops that we can count.

Did we mention the condo is literally brand new? It is. We completely renovated 100% of the unit in Spring 2022. Plus, we have a great electric grill if you want to enjoy a steak at home.
Downstairs is a heated pool, hot tub and fitness room for your use. Two parking spaces are available, one of which is covered. This is an exclusive, and secluded address in Destin. There are no short-term rentals in the building, which is why we are offering a single long-term lease for the Winter (Nov '22 - March '23).
