The space:
*Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the house of any kind please.* This home has one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed with pull out twin trundle, making room for every one. There is a whole house water softener and purifying system, making the water safe to drink and the showers leaving your skin and hair soft. Central heating and ac indoor with custom kitchen with electric stove (no CO detector needed). Utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, and more provided. Washer/Dryer inside. Fire pit with color changing lights & adirondack chairs in large fenced in backyard. Free Wi-Fi & Free Parking. 2 Pets under 30lbs allowed! ($75 charge) Your pets must be picked up after and leashed when not in the backyard. No smoking of any kind inside or outside please.

Other things to note:
2 Pets under 30 pounds are welcome, however, there will be a fee of $150 if the reservation is not booked with the pet fee and there is a pet in the house. We welcome kids of all ages but the home is not baby proofed. Cleaning while staying can be added for an additional fee. No smoking.

*We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

*Please be aware that being in Florida there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
