We are excited to present to you “MAGIC MOMENTS MANOR”

“MAGIC MOMENTS MANOR” is located in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.

This boutique style family vacation pool home with southerly exposure and no rear neighbors, boasts four relaxing bedrooms consisting of two primary bedrooms with king size beds and two secondary bedrooms with queen size beds. All bedrooms have the convenience of their own fully equipped private ensuite bathrooms with walk in glass and tile showers and stone counter tops.

After a full day of high stimulation at the area theme parks "Magic Moments Manor" offers a relaxing Zen feel to come back to and unwind.

As you enter you will be welcomed to a beautiful transformed property that offers complete luxury, full comfort as well as all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable.

A chef's kitchen complete with high end finishes includes a large island with waterfall edge stone counters and ample seating at both the island and live edge table.

A sixteen foot custom sectional sofa fills the living area allowing for a great gathering place to relax and review the Magic Moments of your day. The large 85 inch smart television with sound bar creates the perfect viewing experience.

The fun continues in the in-house games room. This industrial designed space provides the opportunity to have fun and indulge those with a competitive edge.

The large pie shaped property gives this home an advantage providing all the additional space you would require. The extra spacing from the neighboring properties gives more privacy in the pool and spa area.

The south facing pool and spa sparkles within the covered lanai and patio area. This area is enhanced with four comfortable patio loungers, a dinning table for eight and a propane Bar-B-Q complimentary for your use during your stay as well as a 50 inch television and Bluetooth speakers. Pool and Spa heat are available at an additional charge of $30.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Pool and Spa Heat are recommended during the winter months and can be added to your reservation at anytime.

All that remains is for you and your guests to build your "Magic Moments"

We had a wonderful stay at Magic Moments Manor. House was very clean and conveniently located within easy driving distance of Disney property. The host Mike and Denise were very accommodating and accessible during our stay easy check in/check out and communication process with host. Our family of five enjoyed the relaxing Pool and hot tub but our only complaint about the home was that we wished there were accessories for the pool (rafts, floaties). Aside from this I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a comfortable Disney vacation!

Magic Moments Manor is the best house we have stayed in so far while visiting Disney. Very clean and spacious for our family group of 6. The pool/backyard had enough privacy, great seating, and a grill provided with the rental. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen cookware, dinnerware, and many kitchen appliances (air fryer, blender, electric tea kettle, etc.). Game room was fun for the kids and adults. The hosts were very communicative and gave detailed and clear instructions for our stay. The rental process from beginning to end was seamless, which made our vacation that much better.

Helpful Tips

The property is maintained to a superb standard: there is no point repeating the glowing comments made by other guests - I can only confirm they are accurate. a. Pool - approx 12 breaststrokes from one end to the other. Temperature in mid May was perfect - I swam at 6:30 most mornings and it was lovely.b. Pool patio has open grass to the rear of mesh fencing. There were properties to the left and right which, although visible, were not intrusive. We did not experience any noise or disturbance at all.c. We did not hire a car and used Uber. Disney parking is 30 dollars per day plus the car hire costs. Uber cost us around 20 dollars per trip e.g. to Magic Kingdom. The only exception was late at night after the fireworks display which was 45 dollars. I don't know if school holidays in the summer are more expensive but you can easily check by 'booking' in advance with Uber to see if it makes financial sense for you.d. Grocery and Uber Eats deliveries are quick and easy. I used Instacart for groceries because they are happy to accept UK citizen orders. Walmart is the closest supermarket but I couldn't get registered with them. I would guess that the Uber cost would be less than 10 dollars if you wanted to do a personal shop.e. The on-site shop is very, very basic e.g. cans of coke, crisps, milk. You need a code for the door if you intend to use the gym. Both are located adjacent to the entry gates.We loved our stay; standard of property is exceptional

we loved this place!

House was perfect for our family trip to MK & EPCOT! The neighborhood was awesome, especially with the arcade & activities on our non-park days/rainy weather. My toddlers LOVED the splash pad! & I can’t say enough good things about the house itself! Clean, well-stocked in the kitchen with everything you can think of & perfect for our family of 2 toddlers , 2 parents & 2 grandparents. We will be back!

Relaxing Stay

I am used to coming to Windsor Hills with my kids, but this trip was with just my MIL and SIL. The house was perfectly decorated for an adult trip, furniture was ridiculously comfortable. Pool heat was absolutely perfect. The road is tucked for the main road, so it’s an easy in and out, but away from the main traffic. The owners responded quicker than I could have ever hoped for.

Magic Moments Manor at Windsor Hills, Florida

This is a fantastic villa, with 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Interior design was to a very high level and very much to our taste; being more suited to older age groups. Each bedroom has a large TV with cable, as well as additional ones in each of the lounge, games room and poolside. It has a very well appointed kitchen and dining area, within the spacious open-plan living space. The swimming pool is a good size and there is an additional spa pool. The poolside area also has an additional dining table and loungers, along with a barbecue. The Windsor Hills gated community is very will attended and attractive, and the apartment itself is maintained to a high standard. During our stay the surrounding grass was cut, the swimming pool was professionally cleaned and there were daily refuse collections. Published photos accurately represent the villa. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

A Remarkable Stay

This property is the perfect home away from home! The neighborhood was very close to the Disney theme parks. The owners did a fantastic job communicating and giving instructions pertaining to our stay. Their details were very descriptive and very easy to follow. Great option for Disney trip

Magic Moments Manor is a great option for those looking to stay outside the Disney bubble! The drive to the 4 parks & Disney Springs was about 15-20 min. (depending on time of day and traffic), and 30-45 min. to the Orlando airport (MCO). Numerous restaurants and stores within 10-15 min. of the community (Windsor Hills). House was spotless and well cared for. Lots of room in the fridge for groceries. Variety of pots/pans, kitchen tools, etc. made it easy to cook simple meals in the kitchen. The community's castle playground and main clubhouse are both a short walk from the house. We appreciated the private pool at the house, but the community's water park was also lots of fun! Checking in at the Windsor Hills front gate on arrival day took about 5-10 min. No issues coming or going from the community during our stay.

Family Disney trip

This was a great place to stay for a family Disney vacation. We decided to try something other than staying on Disney property this time. It was only 12-20 minutes from the parks depending on traffic and about 30-40 minutes from the airport. The community is surrounded by restaurants and close to grocery stores as well. I will definitely use this VRBO rental for are future Disney trips.

It's in the Details...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Magic Moments Manor! It was very beautiful, but most importantly, we experienced true hospitality (which is difficult finding in a rental). There were coffee pods, kitchen extras, detergent pods, and tons more! It is not a place particularly made for littles, but we knew this going into our trip and made it work- We brought small blow-up baths to fit inside the showers for our two kiddos and had our kiddo essentials packed and ready. We will definitely stay here for another trip!

Perfect in every way

Beautiful,stylish house in perfect location on the grounds and for all amenities. House is very well equipped with extra supplies of everything you'll need. Very useful extra touches like enough washing powder,kitchen roll,refuse bags,we didn't to buy a think for the villa. I cannot speak highly enough of this house and its owners Mike and Denise who were accomodating in every way. This house made out holiday perfect in every way.

Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Magical Moments Manor! This VRBO was perfect for our trip. The location is beautiful and it is easy to get to Disney, beach (about a two hour drive), other local attractions. Disney/Universal trip

The property was beautifully appointed and in a safe, gated community. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. Disney, Universal and the airport were all a short drive away. The pool was a refreshing treat after a long hot day at the parks. The game room was an added bonus for a game of pool. We really appreciated the extra towels for the bath and pool. And the convenience of the laundry was terrific for cleaning wet bathing suits and clothing before packing. We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely PERFECT home away from home experience!!

The hosts were wonderful and the house is gorgeous and totally immaculate. The owners provided everything we could have ever needed during our stay and far more! The furnishings were all stylish, high end and extremely comfortable. The kitchen in particular was spectacular and now that I am back home I find myself missing all the beautiful copper appliances and accessories supplied by Mike and Denise. We are already planning to book another stay in a couple months.

We had the most the wonderful time in Orlando. It was hot and busy but at the end of the day we were able to relax and unwind in a fabulous home. The pool was our kid’s favorite place! Awesome Property

This Property was perfect! We couldn't have been happier. It was exactly like the pictures! Everything was clean and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The sofa in the living room was huge and our whole group of 7 fit with room to spare! Game room was great for our teenagers to play a game of pool. The outdoor patio and pool area was a great area to hangout in. Beds were very comfortable which I was so excited about! Walmart was minutes away, although it was always super busy:) Definitely 5 stars!

Our families Magic Moments have included purchasing and renovating a total of three properties in Windsor Hills over the past ten years. We believe in providing our guests with exceptional guest services and quality in our homes past and present. Over the past several years we have had the opportunity of hosting hundreds of guests in two of our former Windsor Hills properties. During the Covid 19 pandemic when travelling became difficult with so many restrictions we elected to sell our two previous properties. As opportunities for travel reopened we started receiving inquires from many of our former guests wanting to return to the Orlando Area. We realized how much we missed travelling to the area ourselves as well hosting guests in our homes. With this we decided to put the search out for a replacement to our former properties. With some patients along came this new property that we conducted a full renovation on and now we look forward to hosting you at "Magic Moments Manor"
