LIVING AREA-

Relax in the rustic-chic living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 50" flat screen smart TV with Roku and local channels. A wood-burning Kiva fireplace adds warm ambience. We offer complimentary firewood from Oct to April, when the fireplace flues are open, then closed after the season.

KITCHEN & DINING

Cook up delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven and a lovely herb garden in the courtyard, should you want fresh herbs.

Savor your culinary creations at the bar, or one of thecustom-made tables for the unit in the dining area or on the patio.

BED & BATH

This single level ground floor unit sleeps six. We offer a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

PRIVATE PATIO -

Outdoor seating for six. that consists of atable, 4 chairs and a garden bench for 2.

EXTRA ITEMS

Zona Rosa has a laundry facility on site for our guests, parking (one vehicle, per unit) and an office staffed from 2 to 6 daily.

We also have an electric car charging port for Tesla and all universal electric vehicles for our guests use.

LOCATION

We are tucked away in downtown Santa Fe, just blocks from the Plaza and a short walk to the trendy Railyard District. The Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are about a 10-minute drive and Ski Sana Fe is 16 miles from the complex.
