This industrial loft space can accommodate six guests and is located behind Abbott Kinney, the trendiest street in Venice Beach. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private patio, and bathroom that includes both a shower and bathtub. The secondary room also has a king bed. The loft can be used as a workspace or a third place to sleep, with two comfy twin beds.
The home has concrete and wood floors with high ceilings, and lots of beautiful indirect light. Every wall is finished with handcrafted plaster, and decorated with abstract art pieces.
If you’re a foodie, you will have access to our gourmet kitchen where you can prepare snacks to enjoy on the private rooftop deck. Relax, with the bottle of complimentary wine we have provided for you and take in the breathtaking 360-degree views.
This spacious 5001 SF lot has a fireplace in the living room, a den, two private patios, and a private balcony. Please note that this home is not “child proof” and has sharp edges. Other amenities are high-speed internet access, a designated parking spot in the gated garage, and beach gear.

Located a short walk from the trendiest street in Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney is home to restaurants that are not only hip but have garnered prestigious Michelin recommendations. Many of the chefs work with The Cook’s Garden, which is also on Abbot Kinney, to grow their custom culinary ingredients with sustainable organic methods. There are a plethora of plant-based restaurant options as well. If you’re doing a detox, this is the easiest place to do one! You can walk to the Farmer’s Market (Fridays 7am - 11am) or to Erewhon Market (lots of keto options) to gather healthy groceries for your stay.

You will never be bored with the easily accessible nightlife options. Many bars and lounges have live music or DJs. If you prefer a chill vibe there are a variety of wine bars too choose from as well.
In the mornings we have some of the best coffee shop options that you can pair with Portland’s famous Blue Star Donuts.
Once you have had brunch, you can stroll through the dozens of boutiques and trendy stores.
You can pass your time here without even making it to the beach, which is only .6 miles or a 13-minute walk!
