Big enough for the whole family, for a couple's quiet weekend getaway or working trips to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Location provides easy access to the top casino's in nearby Biloxi, for Mardi Gras, Cruise the Coast, the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival and Gulf Coast Gator Ranch & Tours. 2BR 1 BA upstairs, 1 BR 1 BA downstairs-Handicap accessible. Located near public boat launches for Pascagoula River and Gulf of Mexico access. Boat parking included on property.

I wanted to inform you that there will be an additional charge of $50 per night for each guest exceeding the maximum limit of six. This fee is to cover the extra accommodations and services provided during your stay.

Large dog kennel is provided.

Perfect Place for our Brief Stay!

This property is the perfect place to stay to be close to everything. We have family that lives up the road so it made it super easy for us to drive back and forth between houses. The house is super clean and taken care of and the owner was very responsive! Would recommend for anyone in the area that needs a place to stay for a weekend!

Enjoyed it!

3 adult ladies in town for a one night stay-we enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of the house-it allows for individual space as well as a common area to visit. We felt safe and the area was quiet. We would consider this property again for a future stay.

Comfortable home - perfect for a group

Good water pressure in the shower. Nice to have the bathroom split on the second level. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication with host. Perfect location to visit my daughter and will book again for next visit.

Convenient for our events.

We flew in to Mobile, AL and this property was located half way between our event in Biluxi, MS and the airport. Great restaurants close by: Los Arcos and Bozo's. Close to shopping too. House had all amenities as described plus a Keurig. Neighborhood was quiet at night- which is a must for quality sleep. Bed was comfortable and quality linens were provided. Host was extremely accommodating.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Don't know what a little iffy means, but Moss Point and Pascagoula are both industrial, blue collar working towns. People live a more simplistic life there with modest homes and means. Most of our past reviews reflect your same thoughts about our place. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet with no problems. It was ok, not far from boat launch. Was disappointed in there was not a bbq pit there as was advertised. This was a big deal as it was labor day weekend and we brought plenty of food to bbq. Also there was an outside table on back deck but only had 2 chairs for a 3 bedroom house.

Sorry for this inconvenience. The outdoor barbeque grill was broken a few days before you arrived and was discarded. It has since been replaced with a new grill. There is a small sitting area on the back patio with a table and two chairs as shown in the profile picture. I will measure to see if there is room for a small 2 seat patio sofa. Thanks for the suggestion. I hope you consider staying with us on a future visit to the area. Yes, our house is located 1/4 mile from a free public boat launch accessing both the Pascagoula River and Gulf of Mexico.

Great place to stay!

If you ever travel to Moss Point/Pascagoula, this is the place to stay! Comfortable amenities, easy check in process! The only hiccup was not knowing what to do with the linens/towels after use. Perhaps there could be check out procedures posted on fridge. We travel often and VRBO is our preferred method of lodging - we loved it and will return next year! Thank you Roy for opening your home to us!

Fay, I sent you the check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival day and offered you early check-in. I emailed you again in the afternoon and also that evening to check on you. You never responded to my emails on VRBO.

Comfortable Haven: Your home away from home!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. There are two living spaces so our younger ones liked playing games in one room while the older ones watched television in the other. Great location for fishing too. We had access to several boat launches and there’s room to park your boat which was definitely a plus. Mr. Roy was so nice and helpful. He made us feel welcome and even let us know about good food nearby along with other helpful tips.
