Charming A Frame on Wooded Hillside 5 min to Eugene

Nestled beside Eugene‘s famous Spencer’s Butte hiking trail, is our lovely Butte Chalet. Enjoy the glorious south east facing views and walk along our own ten acres of wildflower sprinkled trails. Located only 2 miles from Eugene city limit, and 5 miles from Hayward Field, the Chalet is the perfect place to experience Oregon's countryside while remaining close to all of Eugene's attractions and major events. 

This A frame chalet has three bedrooms with king sized beds, three living rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms and glorious sun lounge room. It also boasts a yoga deck and magnificent upstairs lounging deck. 
If more sleeping space is needed, the upstairs living/bed room has two full-size optional floor futon sleepers, the downstairs living room has a thick couch futon and the sun room has an optional king sized round couch sleeper.
This a friendly shared property with two other homes located on the lovely forested south side of south Eugene and is just a skip to the Spencer's Butte trailhead. We hope to see you soon!
This how our recent guest described our home: This place is amazing!! Great location situated in the forest with a view of the mountains but also a short drive into Eugene. If you like hiking it’s right next to Spencer Butte. John and Star are great hosts and they live in another house on the property so they can assist if you have any questions. They had great recommendations for places to see and restaurants to eat at. The beds were all very comfortable and everything felt very clean and new. The basement is basically it’s own separate living space, sleeping area and bathroom with shower so it’s great if you have two families that may need some space at times.
