At WorldMark Seaside you are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown and immersed in this special city with a spectacular view of the sea. The Promenade (steps away from the resort) boasts one and a half miles of shopping and dining with something for every taste. Also referred to as the "Prom", you will find the Seaside Aquarium where you'll learn about regional marine life. The activities in the aquarium are fun for kids and adults alike! If you consider yourself a movie buff, you might want to visit Haystack rock, the iconic rock that you can see in the opening scene of 'The Goonies.' Visit Ecola State Park to spend a day surrounded by nature with beautiful sightseeing and picnicking opportunities.

The Oceanfront Penthouse units are the best in the resort! One King bedroom with full bath, one queen bedroom, also with full bath, a third bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom in the hallway! All units have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast counter, a gas fireplace, an outside barbecue, and multiple televisions with DVD players, a CD player and beautiful views from individual balconies. The building layout is designed so all rooms have ocean views.

Please note that the unit type (3bed/3bath Oceanfront Penthouse) is guaranteed but individual units are assigned at checkin. Photos are of unit type but may not be of exact unit.

The swimming pool is heated and is the centerpiece of the courtyard. Surrounding it are two spas, a children’s pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and socializing.

This is a timeshare resort. Our family originally was planning to stay for spring break but we are unable to. We love this resort and hope that you do too!

When you check in, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.
