This charming villa is situated in Monte Serra, a prime location between Pisa and Lucca in Italy. Originally built in 1050 AD, the villa has undergone a complete renovation and now features a private garden and swimming pool. With a stunning panoramic view, spacious terrace, and parking area, the villa sits on over 100 hectares of land in the beautiful Nature Reserve of the Tuscan Apennines, offering excellent trekking and cycling trails. It's the perfect place to unwind with family or friends and explore the famous Pisa Leaning Tower.

The villa has ample room for guests, with two large bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also features a spacious work area with a breathtaking view of the valley. The rooms are adorned with traditional antique pieces and two large beds. Downstairs, there is a charming dining area and a vast living room with a fireplace and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and washer. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet accessible from the terrace.

Please note that the last 50 meters leading to the villa, after the gate, is a steep and narrow pebble road. We recommend careful driving for low-clearance two-wheel-drive vehicles.

The villa boasts spectacular panoramic views of the city of Pisa, Livorno, the Tuscan archipelago, and the French island of Corsica on sunny days. Outside, guests can enjoy the unique allure of the natural reserve of Monti Pisani, surrounded by a beautiful and spacious wooden terrace with a large pool for relaxation and absolute privacy. A brick-made barbecue is also available, allowing guests to grill lunch or dinner while taking in the breathtaking Tuscan valley and seaside view.
