You won’t find another vacation rental like this! This incredibly unique top floor condo with elevator access features 7 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two kitchens, a pool table, poker table, breathtaking views, access to 2 pools and prime location near Old Kinderhook Golf Resort in Camdenton and Lake Valley Golf Club.. This amazing home sleeps up to 14 people and has everything you need to make your stay at the lake spectacular!
Kitchen and Dining Area
This condo was converted from two condos into one large suite. There are two kitchens, both with stainless steel appliances. Each kitchen has a breakfast bar with three barstools. In the dining area, there is a large farmhouse table with formal seating for 8 people. There is also a small bar-height table with two barstools.
Living Room
The living room features a beautiful gas fireplace, a couch, chair, recliner, a flat screen TV, and two sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony.
Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, nightstand, a dresser, closet and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity sink.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, closet, dresser, and nightstand.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, TV and nightstand.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and features a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser, wardrobe, closet, nightstand and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom with double vanity sink, and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5
The 5th bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser, nightstand and a closet.
Bedroom 6
The 6th bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser, nightstand, and a attached bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity sink.
Bedroom 7
The 7th bedroom is located on the opposite side of the top floor and features a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, nightstand, and an attached bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity sink.
Top Floor
The upper level features an amazing loft area with a pool table, poker table, flat screen TV, seating, and amazing views out to the lake.
Outside
The waterfront balcony runs the length of the condo and has several seating arrangements and patio tables. There is also a gas BBQ grill. This complex also has an amazing waterfront pool!
Neighborhood Description
The Cedar Heights condo complex is located in Camdenton, right next to Old Kinderhook Golf Resort. This complex is just minutes away from tons of the lakes most popular attractions including, the Cave Bar and Grill, The Bridal Cave, Ozark Amphitheater, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and so much more. This condo is just 15 minutes away from Osage beach, and 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled
