Boaters will find on-site moorage with shared boat slips able to accommodate vessels up to 25-feet in length.

The sunny interior comes fully furnished for comfort with home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Sip morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while enjoying cooling Gulf breezes on the private balcony. The full kitchen is ready for home cooking and there's seating for the whole family at the table set for six. In the evenings, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
