Cabin in Munds Park

Our cozy retreat is the perfect place to call home while you explore all that Northern Arizona has to offer.

Take a scenic drive to Sedona, where you can hike among the stunning red rock formations. Or head north to explore the Grand Canyon.

But even if you decide to stay close to home, there's plenty to see and do in Munds Park. Take a leisurely stroll to the lake, go fishing, or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Whatever your plans may be, our cabin you will feel right at home!

Sedona, Flagstaff and Williams are all close by for day trips! Winter Rentals {Dec-Mar}

AWD or 4x4 recommended in winter months please keep an eye on the weather.

There is NO parking on the street permitted during snow removal season.

The County will ticket any cars that prevent snow plow removal! There is a fine associated with the ticket.

In addition to the fine, the plow will NOT plow the street if cars are on it… resulting in some very unhappy renters & neighbors if they are blocked in.

Locals will report parking violations!

The drive should be clear for your arrival and will provide 1 additional plow during your stay if it is necessary. Please be patient with the plowman during busy times and unexpected storms. If it is scheduled they will be there. The shovel is available to manage berms during your stay.

The snow shovel for the drive is left of the front door. The broom for the deck is next to the grill. Please return them to these spots at check out.

Please be careful going in and out. The deck/steps can be very slippery. Please remove snow boots at door.

Please put the trash out Sunday night, trash-man begins his rounds early Monday morning.

Thermostat is in hall way for heat control. Please only adjust the temperature and not settings they are on Auto.

If you choose to use the floor heaters in the bedrooms please know they do get hot so please be careful to keep the area clear by them and make sure they are off when you leave the home.

The fireplace is not available for use at this time. The heaters provide a sufficient amount of heat.

Extra blankets are in the black cabinet in the main room.

The power may flicker on occasion. It is common for Munds Park in the winter months. If the power is out for an extended amount of time please contact me.

Same goes for the internet services. The internet will automatically reset as well, please do not unplug the Orbi devices.
