The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a warm and inviting interior with a touch of modern design, with a fully equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy a spacious living room with a dining area, smart TV and large windows that offer a truly unbeatable mountain view. The master bedroom features a king bed, hidden "pop-up" T.V, a custom bathroom, and a desk with storage.
The B&B sleeps six guests in three bedrooms and a living room hide-a-bed; it features one bathroom that is accessed through the masterbedroom.
It's important to note, this is a lower level walk out and a quite retired couple (the owners) reside upstairs.
Additionally, it boasts a large living room with comfortable couches and chairs, dining space and a large TV. Only ten minutes from downtown Sheridan, you’ll be within a short driving distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life.
This is a beautiful 45-year-old home; the Mountain View Walk Out was built shortly after the Wyoming legislature introduced a little-known business entity that would revolutionize the way America does business – the LLC! Outlaws, Native Americans, and cowboys used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today.
The Mountain View Walk-Out has been tastefully updated with modern comforts.
A few features to be aware of that make this property unique are:
-The bathroom has a full custom shower! This is the only bathroom and is located in the master bedroom (Please see pictures.)
-There is another unit above the downstairs walkout. As in any two-story home, noise may travel. So please be respectful of your upstairs neighbors and they will be respectful of you.
-We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10 pm-6 am.
-The Mountain View Walk Out has all the furnishings needed to enjoy a pleasant stay with a truly breathtaking view!
This home has easy entry offering you easy, secure access 24 hours per day.

At this convenient Mountain View Basement Walk Out you will be able to enjoy easy entry provided, no need to stress about access! The entry information is provided upon check-in!
Guests will have access to the entire lower level of the house!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
(Please note, there is a 3-bedroom unit upstairs as well, a quiet retired couple lives there, and they once ran an excellent Bed & Breakfast locally! )
The Neighborhood:
When we say welcome to the heart of Sheridan, we mean it!
This wonderful apartment home is 15 minutes from the best Sheridan offers, in either direction! 15 Minutes one way takes you to the base of our amazing Bighorn Mountains, while only a short drive the other way takes you right to downtown! You may also drive into town to the park to enjoy some amazing Scoops Ice-cream at our local Kendrick Park! (Trails and sidewalks lead you right there once downtown!) Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails!
Red Grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer seasons although closed to cars in the winter.
If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged driving, or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock, and much more!
Museums and historic landmarks fill the area and an award-winning golf course only 5 minutes away!

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming’s downtown is great for walking around in – you’ll see what small-town America used to be like!
Most attractions are 10 to 30 minutes away, some (in the mountains) are 30-60 minutes away, and well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, the Brinton Museum, Kendrick Park, and more await you! With only a short drive you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries, and attractions Sheridan has to offer!

The Mountain View Walk-Out is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, with great neighbors.
For your comfort and safety, the house is thoroughly disinfected after each guest and all CDC-recommended guidelines are strictly followed.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. There is a $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises.
Quiet hours from 10 pm – 6 am every day. Please, respect the upstairs neighbors by observing these quiet hours. Contact us if you have any issues with noise.
Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced.
There is room for one or two cars in the driveway to the right (north) side of the home. Additional vehicles and a trailer may park in the larger area to the left (south) of the house.
NOTE: You will need to BACK out of the driveway once you pull in.
The main driveway in front of the garage is for the upstairs unit. Please be absolutely sure that neighbors can exit their driveways easily.
