Disappointing

This is a cute place, it met our needs. The yard is big and was great for our dogs. There were some nice kitchen gadgets that were nice to have, like an air fryer and an instapot. The place is quite cozy, not enough room to walk around the dining table, for example, which is hard to see from the photos, but totally manageable. The property had some issues during our stay... when we arrived the yard was full of dog poop, which we picked up after, about 4 plastic grocery bags full. They told us they'd waive the 3rd dog fee because we had to do that, but then they charged that fee to our credit card 5 days after we checked out. The roof covering the patio was falling apart, it had a corrugated metal roof that was attached only on one side, and would flap around in the wind, and made us worried it would fly off on a windy day. There was a non-working hot tub in the back yard. The communication with the hosts were ok, but it was via text message, and appeared to be automatically responded to via a chatbot. There would be a chatbot-like response within 2 minutes that would marginally respond to our message; then a more human response within an hour or two. We never knew when we were actually communicating with one of our hosts. If hosts want to start having AI manage their communication, they should disclose when guests are talking with a chatbot or human.

We enjoyed our stay

My priority when choosing a property was one that could accommodate our dog. This one had an entirely enclosed back yard which was perfect. Although not a new home, it felt like home since it was much like the one in which I grew up. We had an issue that was quickly remedied by the manager and it wasn't anything that would make me hesitate to stay there again.

Sparkling Clean

We had a wonderful time staying at No Bull. The house was as depicted and super clean. The kitchen was also well stocked and every time we opened a drawer or door, we found another appliance or kitchen tool. The neighborhood is a little enclave close to a large shopping/eating area. We enjoyed walking the dogs in the neighborhood.

Amazing, clean and quiet

The communication with the host was great. Messages are answered quickly. The place was clean and felt clean the moment we walked in. Nice soft beds and a quiet neighborhood made is stay feel peaceful. My kids even mentioned how nice the place was and how it felt like home. We will definitely try to stay here whenever we come to Salt Lake City.

Clean and Tastefully Decorated

Nice comfortable home for visit with grandsons. Good location and easy to find. Secure and large fenced yard for the dogs. Neighborhood walking very good with sidewalks and low traffic. Quiet at night. Well stocked kitchen with adequate cooking gear. There was even a first aid kit. We have done several VRBO rentals and this is one of the best. Randy was friendly and helpful!
