The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a convenient covered entry. The refreshing pool with Gulf views, Adirondack chairs, and chaise loungers is sure to be a family favorite location. An outdoor kitchenette with granite counters, a full-size refrigerator, sink, and beach bar make Island living easy. Prepare your meal at the park-style grill and dine alfresco at one of the numerous dining tables here. A private boardwalk takes you directly to the shimmering sand and an enclosed outdoor shower with a private toilet makes it easy to spend the entire day and night outside. A convenient Gulf side exterior staircase means getting to the beach from the living area is quick and easy.

The first floor of this home provides an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan for everyone to gather together. The roomy living room with coastal art offers a TV and gas fireplace to cozy up to in the cooler months. Exit to the large covered Gulf view deck with wonderful rocking chairs and a porch swing. The well-appointed kitchen enjoys granite counters and a convenient breakfast bar for four. The dining table seats six for coastal meals, card games, and puzzles.

The second floor offers a spacious bedroom with 180-degree Gulf views, a TV, and a full private bathroom. Slip away to the quiet sitting area with bay views on this floor to read a book. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space here. DVD players and a stereo. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
