This beautiful, lake view Star Harbor condo is ready for your group of up to 8 guests.
Enter on the ground floor to the open kitchen, dining and living areas. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Dining area has a farm-style table with seating for 8, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Living room features a large sectional sofa, leather sofa sleeper and easy chair, wood burning fireplace and TV. There’s also a half bathroom on this level.
Just off of the living room, the deck overlooks the lake and offers a gas grill (available in summer only) and opens onto a communal lawn area.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The master suite has a captivating lake view, California King bed, TV, and private balcony. There’s a large jetted bathtub and separate shower in the en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and Juliet balcony. Third bedroom has a Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunkbed which includes a Twin trundle bed. Guest bathroom and laundry facilities in hallway.
This is a wonderful Tahoe rental opportunity located in Star Harbor, a unique lakefront property with its own private lagoon, dock/pier, boat buoy or slip, tennis courts and swimming pool. Located less than one mile outside quaint Tahoe City, a short walk to town provides easy access to dining and shopping year-round. Paved bike path runs right across the front of the property and gives access to miles of wonderful bicycle riding!
Boat slip or buoy - As of March 2026, the availability of buoys and slips (25 foot maximum boat length for slips) is temporarily suspended, and future bookings are not guaranteed as per the Homeowners' Association (HOA). Lake Forest Boat Ramp is located at 2500 Lake Forest Rd in Tahoe City, CA
Parking is limited to 2 spaces.

- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
