Paiko Lagoon is a little-known gem on the South Shore of O’ahu. Situated between the two iconic profiles of Koko Head to the East and Diamond Head to the West, this little neighborhood looks out to an expansive panoramic ocean view. With shallow waters protecting the coast line, long walks on the sandy coast during the spectacular sunsets will be the highlight of your stay.

Framing the incredible ocean view is another Hawaiian treasure: a 100-year-old hau tree. The stunning and intricate branches have been pruned to form a natural roof over the outdoor dining area, with leafy shade and romantic cafe lights.

Inside, the comfort and expansive layout of the house is accentuated by beautiful furnishings throughout.

Main House
Master Bedroom – King bed. AC. Ocean view. Private bath with stand up shower and bench (no tub). Dual vanity. Two walk in closets.
Bedroom 2 - Queen. AC. Private bath with stand up shower (no tub). Private patio with ocean view.
Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds. Ceiling fan. Split A/C. Full bath with stand up shower (no tub). Private patio with Mountain View.

Bonus bedroom 4 - upstairs off master bedroom, shares master bathroom, sofa converts to bed with new memory twin foam mattress. Good for a child. Private deck, plenty of storage and ocean views out 2 sides of the room. No A/C to this room.

All bedroom windows have blinds and/or shutters on them.
A/C is only upstairs in the bedrooms.
The downstairs opens up and is cooled by the tropical breezes of the islands.

One TV located on the first floor in the office/TV area.
And a second TV upstairs in the Queen bedded room.

Bathroom 4 - Downstairs full bathroom with shower. Direct access to exterior.
