The home was clean, well maintained, and had an eclectic style that gave it charm. Check-in was mostly smooth, though the initial code we were given didn’t work and had to be corrected. The major drawback is the proximity to the highway and a heavily trafficked road — the noise was constant all night. Cars, trucks, honking, and motorcycles revving their engines could be heard loudly, often at high speed. Combined with thin walls, it made for two of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had.
If noise doesn’t bother you, the place itself is lovely, but it’s not ideal for light sleepers. If not for Josie, this would have been a 9/10 stay.
