Villa Boho Breeze is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 9, w/ oversized pool, BBQ grill & fenced in yard! Enjoy a sunrise on the covered lanai, afternoons swimming in the heated pool and evenings playing corn hole or relaxing in one of our 2 living spaces. 40" smart TV's in all bedrooms are equipped with complimentary Netflix, Disney+ & YouTube TV! Additional 50" smart TV in main living room, with streaming services paid, for along with board games, puzzles & foosball table!

THE SPACE:

Master Bedroom: King size Nectar brand mattress, walk-in closet, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for, and ensuite bathroom!

Bedroom 2: King size Nectar brand mattress, closet w/dresser, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for, and desk with monitor to hook-up to laptop for additional screen!

Bedroom 3: King size Nectar brand mattress, closet w/dresser, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for!

Bedroom 4: 3 twin beds (2 of them are bunked), dresser, closet, 40" smart TV with streaming services paid for! *Please note these beds are intended for children and young adults that do not exceed 150lbs.*

Living Space 1: Large sectional sofa, 50" smart TV with streaming services paid for, board games, foosball table, sliding glass doors out to lanai!

Living Space 2: Couch and loveseat, bar cart with rocks glasses, off the kitchen, sliding glass doors out to lanai!

Pool Area: oversized heated pool, screened in lanai with 6 person dining table, 5 person conversation lounge seating area, 2 pool loungers
*Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times.*

Backyard: Fully fenced in yard with small concrete patio with bench and BBQ grill

Complimentary hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all Public Goods brand, paraben-free, sulfate-free,, gluten-free, vegan-friendly and made in the USA! *Please use only what you need and always leave behind our refillable bottles so that we can continue to offer these little extras in an eco-friendly way!*

GUEST ACCESS:

Access to entire property except garage door, and a single locked closet in the hall between two of the bedrooms. Please leave the closet locked and do not attempt to open. Please do not utilize the garage for anything other than doing laundry, do not under any circumstances operate the main garage door at any time. Please only enter the house through the front door.

THINGS TO NOTE:

When you arrive you will find a welcome basket as well as the home stocked with a few supplies to help you jump start your stay. Please plan on likely needing to supplement with your own supplies if you stay more than a week or so. We ask that you only use what is needed and if not used, please leave it behind. This helps us keep costs down, and helps to eliminate unnecessary waste!

For your safety there are 2 security cameras outside, facing away from the property: 1 doorbell camera at the front entrance and 1 security camera overlooking the pool and lanai entrances. Tampering or disabling devices will result in immediate eviction from the property; no refunds will be issued.

We have diligent pest control services for the property, however, bugs can still of course make their way inside from time to time (this is Southwest Florida after all!) but please let us know if there are any issues while you’re there. Keeping the doors and avoiding eating in the living spaces and bedrooms will greatly reduce the chance of bugs finding their way inside.
