Before booking with us, please acknowledge that you have read & agreed to the house rules:

NO SMOKING
- No smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside but please pick up your cigarette butts. Any smoking detected inside the home will result in a $500 fine.

NO PARTIES
- No parties allowed and will be subject to immediate rental termination (this is a Vrbo requirement). There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.

PETS
We have a dog ourselves, so we understand how important dogs are to our families. However, we have had unpleasant experiences with dogs staying at our houses and that is why we put down the rule that no pets without prior authorization. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us prior your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:

1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised.
2. Please don't let the dogs on furniture. This will be very much appreciated
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog poos are not picked up
5.Pets must be well behaved and potty trained.

GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please note that guests will need to purchase extra propane or charcoal if it's not available.

WEATHER
- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance.

HOME SURVEILLANCE
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage is monitored by security cameras.

NOISE CURFEW
- 9 pm Noise Curfew on the Patio.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
