Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood & located near the Medical District & River District, you will be close to everything you need for a great stay in Fort Worth. Enjoy swimming fun at Burger’s Lake, local walking, biking & hiking trails nearby. Only 4.7 miles from the Historic Stockyards, 4.2 miles from Dickies Arena, 6 miles from downtown Ft. Worth, 7 miles from Magnolia, 7 miles from the Medical District and 7 miles from TCU. This charming home is only 30 minutes away from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, DFW Airport, and Texas Motor Speedway.

This cozy 2 bedroom home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay including a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, internet access, 50” Smart TV in the living room as well as books and games to enjoy during your time here. Each bedroom holds a queen bed, blackout curtains, 32" Smart TV and large closet space with hangers and a dresser. The master bedroom also provides a twin size rolling/folding bed that is stored in the closet. The kitchen provides a 4-burner range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware and many basic spices.

You will have exclusive, full use of the home along with a private front entrance & private backyard. You will have access to the interior of the home, backyard, garage and driveway. The garage only accomodates standard size vehicles. A minivan will fit but it will be a tight fit. Any large SUV's or trucks will be able to park in the driveway directly behind the garage. Parking is available on the street but it is very limited. Please do not park in the driveway of the resident next door.

Home Away from Home

Great place to stay for the stock show!

We usually stay in a hotel near the stockyards when we come in town for the Fort Worth stock show and rodeo. We wanted to save a little money this year so we tried this house. It was just three girls and we felt safe in the neighborhood the whole time. The house was really cute And had everything we needed.

Fabulous Stay!

My girlfriends and I had a great time in this property! We visited Fort Worth for a conference at Dickies Arena, and it was the perfect distance away! There was even a nice walking trail near the water close to the property. It was the perfect stay! Thank you!

The property suited our needs well. It was clean, nicely appointed and located on an attractice cul-de-sac very close to one of the Trinity River walking trails. Niki, our host, was easy to reach and always very helpful. We plan to return early next year

Great stay and excellent host

Huge thanks to the host for communications! I messed up and didn’t book our stay long enough and she helped me get it all worked out and extend our booking. So kind and helpful. It was also a cute place and very close to the Fort Worth Stock Show we were showing at and very convenient to local shops and food.

Great place!

Great property! Very clean & had everything we needed. The rooms were big enough for our little babies to put up their pack & plays & sleep in them. Great communication with the owner as well. All my questions were answered super fast! Definitely recommend :)
